    How disappointing to invite these people into our home…read more Larry and Lance showed up to perform a "tune up" and then said it was too cold to check refrigerant levels in the heat pump. Their tune up consisted of checking the outdoor unit, checking the inlet and outlet temperatures on the inside unit and suggesting hundreds of dollars of work be performed. They agreed that the compressor should be replaced but didn't think it could be done under warranty. Later, they agreed it could be replaced under warranty but it would still cost nearly $1000 in labor which isn't covered under warranty. Since we're not the original owners of the heat pump system, we aren't eligible for any warranty coverage but Lance said it is a gray area as their warranty rep didn't ask and he didn't tell. After they left, we discovered Lance had left the defrost thermostat unplugged from the control board so the heat pump wouldn't operate correctly. Was this done intentionally? Or was it accidental? One way would be malicious the other negligent. Either way, this outfit is dishonest and unprofessional.

They said that they can deny service to anyone they want and yet offered no clear reason for why service was being denied? What could it be? I later called and again, they stated they elected not to provide service to my home. How rude and unprofessional!!

    Received this email from the supervisor in carpet cleaning after I called to voice my…read moredissatisfaction with the: 1) the lateness of her staff to my appointment; and 2) what I felt was poor and rushed service (in fairness they did come back to re-clean). Ironically her own techs specifically referred to the "spot" in question as a "stain". Their words not mine. Either way there's just no excuse for treating a repeat customer (which I was) so poorly. Never an apology just nastiness, excuses, and blame. Dear Mr. Morgan, I wanted to reply to your email after I spoke with Mark and Andrew and here is what I know; First of all, your appointment was between 1 and 3:00. They called you at 12 and told you they were running late. I spoke to you at 3:15 and said they would be there within 30 minutes. That means they were 45 minutes late-not 2 hours! About the spot-my guys knew exactly what you were talking about when I asked them about this. That "spot" is a wear area, it was not dirty. Apparently you had a chair (probably on wheels)that you had there and did not put anything between the wheels and the carpet. You basically wore that area out. There is nothing we can do to improve the area that you destroyed by rolling your chair on the carpet. The rest of the carpet in the apartment cleaned up nicely. My guys are very professional-and they take each job as it comes. They do the best they can and then go to the next. Yes, it was a long day for them but that doesn't mean that they rush through the jobs. Approximately 90% of our work is repeat customers, so I know we do a great job!
