Very professional and a fast appointment. My 12 plus year old Sub Zero ice maker just stopped so I knew I wanted a trained professional and I'm so glad I called FridgeFix. Ernesto came to my home within two days to accommodate my schedule and knew what was wrong right away and diagnosed my 700 TF needed a new condenser fan motor. I was in an emergency bind when a terrible, unprofessional moving company (Top Movers in NJ, West Orange/Linden...DON'T USE THEM!) left my 12 year old daughter and myself with a refrigerator they had to put apart to be able to take it out of the house, and couldn't put it back together. On top of the fact that they broke some parts. They literally left me with my refrigerator doors off which I had to mount on and hold it on with a bookcase. I was losing my mind, this is a $2,000 refrigerator. I called Fridge Fix the next day and they literally had someone out to me within the hour after explaining my situation and the guy they sent with initials E.R. (I wish I had taken his name down) worked a literal miracle. My refrigerator is almost at 100% to what it was before, and it's only not 100% because of the damage the movers did. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. Ernesto doesn't show up for his appointment. I text him and can see that he reads my text but ignores me. Very disrespectful. My wine cellar was not running properly and he was waiting for a part I asked for but was not necessary to fix. I told him my wine was very expensive and please just fix the issue. Again he read and ignored. Never showed up or called. Put me in a really bad position. Move on to someone more trustworthy. read more

He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem and even gave me instructions on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. My husband had suspected the cause but couldn't fix it.
