It also wasn't absolutely crowded either so getting to where I wanted to go to work out was no issue. This was as perfect as perfect a Gym trip could go. They are encouraged and supported 100%. Rob and Lizzy travel throughout the night to be at competitions many hours ahead to set up . Never a complaint, only smiles. Recently participated in NYS Scholastic Competition for a women's Varsity single and Double events. All night in heavy rains, all day in mud, and always positive and encouraging. Womens Double Final came down to such a close call we had to wait for results. Unfortunately we did not qualify for the Nationals but Rob delivered the news with such kindness and pride in how well they performed I do not think it could have been handled any better. I have the utmost respect for this Dynamic Duo and nothing but love for them. They treat your kids better than most family will!

I told her I felt extremely uncomfortable and that her request was highly inappropriate. The passive aggressive behavior that followed was enough to escalate to the management team. Which was useless. Every one that knows me, knows I just wanted to workout ‍ They chose the path of least resistance and decided to double down and make me want to quit and leave the gym. A trainer posted videos of me without my permission. I escalated my updated complaint to corporate of sexual harassment, harassment, threats and bullying. On April 27th Energy Fitness verbally terminated my membership. When I asked about class pass or another member inviting me, they said I was banned on June 3, 2026. This was retaliation for my complaint, a violation of my rights, discrimination and against the NYS human rights law. These aren't just "mean girls" management. These are a group of miserable women who are opening you up to a lawsuit. I wonder how many complaints there are against these "mean girls"?

Ya, so COVID. I'm…read morestuck in the house, my workout game is shit, and the scale is not my friend. Luckily, I've got my TRX straps and BeachFIT Training to get my ass back in the game. I rocked a virtual TRX class with Mike (cuz I'm stuck all the way in Chicago and the commute would be hell), and he killed it. The video quality and sound was great, and the camera was in the perfect place. Too many times virtual classes are an afterthought during live classes, but Mike's cues and demos of the moves made it super easy to follow along. We rocked intervals with moves at our own pace, and then returned to the moves moving in unison together as a group (think 3 seconds up, 1 second down, etc.). It gave us a real chance to master the moves while burning out the correct muscle group. The playlist kicked ass, I appreciated the modifications offered, and it was a full body workout. Final verdict? Virtual workouts done right. Now get your ass to virtual class!

I did a week guest pass from the website and I went 5x in that week. I saw a huge difference in my lower body; especially my butt! The instructors do a great job of giving you tips throughout the class to help you with your form. I love the music it's upbeat which is just the kind of music you need when your doing difficult moves and you sense your muscles getting fatigue. I'm going to try and come in the summer a few times. Honestly I love just walking in doing what I need to do in there and leaving. Everybody inside here community wise are very respectful to each other. I've never had or seen anyone getting into any disputes over a machine here or anything. The staff are cool and they are eager to help answer questions you might have. What I also love is they don't try to force things down your throat like places like X-sport does. It's a chill environment. It's kept pretty decent in the cleanliness department, even the bathrooms are routinely maintained. I've neve had an issue here with anybody not once. As I said earlier it's not a super fancy gym but it is a reliable gym and it does have what you need to feel the burn and in peace...

Name starts with an A She is tooo immature to be at the front desk. Be careful-as she has access to personal formation and that's is alarming. Hope the new company ( pure something) has better hiring requirements. Keeping her is a bad idea .
