Dr Olson did a superb job on adding filler under my eyes! Before I ever found out that it was even possible to correct an under the eye issue I was constantly being asked if I'm tired or if I feel ok. I looked run down and exhausted....even though I wasn't. Adding the filler to the shallow indentions under the eyes can be such a great help! It's just hard to find someone that has experience and can put it in perfectly... Dr Olson can! If you are interested in any plastic surgery procedures, I highly recommend Dr Olson and his staff. They answered so so many of my pre op questions and calmed my high anxiety to make the whole process relatively painless. And the prices are SUPER high and not competitive unless getting multi procedures done (where they offer buy three get one free) instead of offering a flat rate per area which is more affordable because you're not pushed into doing more areas just to get the discount. As you can see I started with a little to no breast tissue after breastfeeding my 3 kiddos. I've had a very large Cyst on my cheek for several years and finally had it removed by Dr. Olson yesterday. It was a simple and quick procedure, but Dr. Olson really put me at ease, and was very straight forward with me when addressing my concerns. I am about 3 weeks post-op from a breast augmentation with Dr. Olsen. I have been looking into getting one for years and have visited a few different doctors. After my consultation with him I finally decided to go ahead and do it. He was very informative, he wasn't worried about "pitching" me, what I should and shouldn't do, he started off informing me about the procedure and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and not rushed, I felt like he cared to help me with what I was looking for, not another patient in and out the door. He also took the time to describe what he does, how he does it and why he does it the way he does without pressuring you to do what he thinks or wants you to do, its your decision and he voices his opinions, concerns and facts. Having an actual discussion and not a sales pitch, I knew he was the one for me. The office staff is also very nice and helpful, I think I spoke with Jane and Brittany multiple times, with different questions. Every time I have called or visited they have taken good care of me. Everyone's body is different in the way surgery goes, healing process, it can all vary, but so far I am satisfied with everything. The surgery center was nice, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, everything from start to finish was nice and smooth. The healing process is always a bit rough, but I am doing good! This review is for the Med Spa and my experience with Nurse Practitioner Krista Arredondo. I first came to Krista last year (August) after getting a somewhat "botched" lip filler (bumps formed) from another Med Spa in Gilbert (this was in July). Krista wanted to preserve my lips as much as possible so she massaged my lips like no tomorrow to get out the bumps. I think I went to her about 4 times, and she never charged me. They looked SO much better thanks to her. I then went back and got TMJ Botox and once again, perfection. It didn't even hurt and the last place I went to always hurt! I just came back today to get lip filler to even out my lips because the filler had worn off. I also got another round of TMJ botox but we did less units so that I don't over do it. So far, I am having the usual slight bruising on my lips, but the pain during the injection wasn't bad at all! Because I had such a bad experience at the other Med Spa, Krista is squeezing me in next week so she can look and make sure we are on the right track. I am so, so, SO happy I found Krista. This was my second Breast Augmentation, I had had one done 5 years ago in Miami, Florida. I had saline inplants put in and I was 485cc. I started having problems with them this past summer. I was having pain and swelling, and they were dropping fast. I did my research and went to a Dr. In Scottsdale. The Dr said that they had came out of the breast pocket. This Dr was not comfortable with doing the surgery, he said that it was high risk. I did more research and found Dr. Josh Olson at Advanced Plastic in Gilbert, AZ. When I went for my constant I knew that he was the one. He was able to explain everything to me and came up with the perfect plan for my situation. The staff was awesome as well. I had my surgery January 8th and it went well. Dr. Olson was in contact with me all weekend to check on me. I had my old inplants drained and switched to silicone / Gummy Bear inplants, I also had a lift. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a Amazing plastic surgeon. This was my first visit to any plastic surgeon. I called to get a consultation appointment. Candice was amazing, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I am interested in getting a mommy makeover and facial fillers. Candice asked questions and informed me of the cost of different procedures. I really had no idea how much it would cost and really appreciated her being so upfront. She took so much time to answer my questions. I felt like I was speaking to a good friend. Candice scheduled a convenient appointment for me. A few days later Candice called me and asked if I would like to come in sooner, she had a cancellation. I took the earlier appointment. The office is beautiful, clean, white and nicely decorated. Candice has a warm welcoming smile and knew me by name already. She really is amazing! She asked if I would like water, how nice is that? She took me right back to another beautiful room. She set me up with some videos about the procedures that interested me. They were very informative. As soon as I was done watching the videos Dr. Olson comes into the room and introduces himself. He asks questions about what I would like to achieve. I was most excited about Botox and fillers when I arrived. I have these bags under my eyes that drive me crazy. He patiently explains how he can use filler on my cheeks to help smooth out under my eyes. He explains that it will not completely take them away but it will help. I am totally on board. He explains different breast and tummy tuck procedures. He asks questions about what I would like to achieve. Dr. Olson has tons of photos of previous patients before and after photos. He has done beautiful work. He also had different implant choices and explained the pros and cons of each. He is very nice and knowledgeable. After that he takes me in for an exam. His assistant was present for the exam. He was very professional. He nicely informed me that I have tuberous breasts. I had no idea, now I have a name for my weird breasts. This knowledge was really quite a relief. I have always felt weird about my breasts. He explains what he can do tells me he can liposuction on the side of my breasts if I want to get rid of that. I absolutely do, no more side boob!!! I have more side boob than regular boob. I think this was my favorite discovery! He leaves the room and I get to try out implant sizes with his assistant. She is super nice and helpful. I see myself for the first time with a shape. I almost cried. I have long, big, boxy body and have always felt unfeminine(is that a word). At this moment I am in, I can see the future me and am so relieved. Dr. Olsen's assistant asks if I would like to get filler today. Absolutely, I did not expect them to start the same day! Dr. Olson was amazing, funny and totally put me at ease. I got my filler and am so happy with the results. I meet with the office manager to go over costs of the remainder of my wish list and have a nice folder of information. I know it seems crazy that this is the first plastic surgeon I visit and he is the one! I end up communicating with a couple of his previous patients via Yelp.
