Ordered online for pickup. Called me to advise an item I had ordered was not in stock [only…read morementioning 1 item]. The item I ordered included both a bottle of bourdon and 2 premium glasses. They offered the same bottle but no glasses (obviously a less expense item) for the same price I already prepaid with my credit card. I countered with an item that was also on my ordert that was slightly more expensive. They said no. I canceled my order and created a new order (as was discussed with a store representative]. As I was picking up my order at the store, I asked if they would get it ready shortly after I placed my revised order online. After roughly 10 minutes I called the store as there online portal was still showing the store has yet to recieve my order. They informed me they had recieved my revised order shortly after it was placed. At this tiem I was informed that another item was not in stiock - this item was on the original order. I was not informed on the first call and only when I called to check the status of my revised order was I informed another item was not in stock. Had to cancel this order as well. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WANTING TO DO WHATS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. OKAY FOR ME TO PURCHASE SOMETHING OF LESSER VALUE FOR THE SAME PRICE, BUT THEY WERE UNWILLING TO TO DO THE SAME.

I've seen liquor in there I didn't even know existed. LOL. We haven't had a problem even when it's busy. Everyone here has been nice and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Pretty well lit. We've been to a few other places but so far this is our go to when we would like an adult beverage.

I'm from Seattle where the liquor was sold in state store until this week so we don't really have liquor stores like this one yet. But I've been all over this country and I can say that this liquor store is better than most. They have a ridiculous supply and selection. You can literally hide in rows of liquor stacked to the ceiling (almost). The prices are great compared to Washington so that's great. I have no problem with the register guy. They're open until midnight most nights. What's not to love?

She seemed completely unaware of what I was talking about, even after I showed her the sign. The biggest issue came recently when I purchased some Jack Daniel's shooters, which I've bought at this location many times. When I got home and checked my banking app, I noticed the total was significantly higher than usual. I initially assumed something had been double-scanned, so I called to ask about it. I was told the shooters had gone from $1.99 to $2.99 (a 50% increase) and that Jack Daniel's had "raised the price." I checked other liquor stores and did a quick search afterward, and that explanation did not appear to be accurate. Other stores are still selling the same shooters for $1.99. I really hate leaving a negative review because I've been coming here for years, but between the increasingly empty inventory, employees seeming unaware of products the store is advertising, and questionable pricing explanations, I'm honestly left wondering what is going on with this business. It feels like something has changed significantly, and unfortunately, it's not for the better.

I have been going to this liquor store for over 20 years but because of their poor customer service. A friend and I went into Chambers Place Liquors on 6/25/24 and the entire incident took place within a 10-minute time frame. I bought a case of beer and a jar of coconut cream and a jar of Cream Dark Chocolate Coffee moonshine for a total of $97.26. I bought them to surprise my sister because we enjoy the new flavored moonshine and we each try to find and surprise each other with new flavors. The clerk placed the 2 jars in a small bag and the beer had a handle. As soon as we walked out the door the bag slipped, right outside the door. I asked my friend to please go back inside with the crushed jar and tell them what happened and ask them to replace it. Long story short, we were told that it was our fault, and they would not replace it. Because I worked in state government for over 30 years, I am a firm believer in providing and receiving good customer service. Honestly, I was so shocked when the manager said it was our fault and just shrugged that I walked out wondering what type of manager thinks the best option is to risk losing a customer, not to mention a 25+ year customer, for a $20 jar of moonshine. I did drop the bag, but we didn't leave and come back, we literally walked out the door and the bag slipped from my arms, we only made it to the sidewalk! I'm especially pissed because I really wanted to try the coconut cream, and of course that's the jar that broke!

I've been going here for years!!! There was this one guy that used to work there forever and i…read morehella miss him!!! Today i went in for a 6 pack of PBR and a bottle of wine. I went to take the beer out of the fridge, grabbed it AT THE TOP the RIGHT WAY, and 3 whole tall boys fell out of the plastic rings onto the ground. Two employees came to check on what happened. One of them grabbed all of the beers from my hands and questioned how they could've fallen. The plastic rings are so loose!! He started mansplaining how to hold a 6 pack the correct way, and that it was basically my fault that they fell out. He easily slipped the 3 fallen beers back in their rings and held it up. Another can then fell from the pack while he was holding it up (Big side eye!) I told him i knew how to correctly hold a pack of beer and he was saying that i didn't. He said he wanted to carry them up to the front for me. He walked me up to the front and didn't let me get another pack, and made me pay for the dented cans. On many occasions I have seen them rack the beer in the plastic rings themselves! They are loose as hell!!! He gave me a bag and made sure to show me how to correctly hold that paper bag from the bottom so that it didn't break. Just because i look young, doesn't mean i don't know what I'm doing!!! I'm way passed the age of 21, and I've been picking up 6 packs for years!!!! I was pretty upset!!!

We have been coming here for a long number of years and have always been treated well. Their prices are good from the lower to the high end liquors. They have good cold beer and a good selection of microbrews as well as the domestic and imports. You will find all the mixers you need as well. The staff will get to know you if you come around enough and always ask how you are. The parking is a bit tedious so I recommend the spots off to the side. A short hop across the parking lot makes me feel safer.
