I finally got my car back! I went to pick it up today. It's been at the shop, at Friendly Auto Body & Towing for the past 10 days. It had a damaged right bumper and light. I couldn't even remember where the damage was, they did such great work on it. I couldn't find one bit of evidence of tell-tale signs of any repair work or damage. My car looks as good as new! They even washed, spot cleaned it, and vacuumed. My windows have never looked cleaner. I certainly drove away happy! I was in need of Service from an Auto Service Company after having a full on Nightmare of a time the previous evening while attempting to find someone to simply help me with a jump for my Vehicle as the Battery had stopped working after I spent a short time in the local Market. My Auto Insurance Company arranged for this Company to call me and I was pleased from the very moment that I received my first contact information. Tom from Friendly Auto and Towing was Wonderful. Caring and Comforting in his demeanor when he explained just what they could do for me to see that my Car would soon be back in my driveway and all would be as it should, once again without worries of any kind. Tom was very reassuring with whatever issue I brought up, he would immediately talk with the Driver, Trevor, who was also beyond accommodating and kind, and between the two of them they were able to find a quick resolution to the problem. Both Gentlemen were just that, Gentlemen. Kind, well spoken, efficient and seemingly genuinely concerned as well as dedicated to taking care of any situation to the Best of their ability and to making the Customer's experience go beyond their expectations. I do not have enough wonderful, positive things to say about this group. Seriously: their name lives up to the service you get! I worked with Friendly Auto Body & Towing recently after an accident that I had gotten into. My car had to be towed, and while I was working with getting my information to my insurance company, the tow truck driver (Jesus) was PHENOMENAL. He was remarkably personable, funny, and knowledgeable - he was more than willing to help me with all the information that I needed to know and when. He also worked with the other guys (Joe and Tom) who worked in the office and repair, and they got me squared away with the Hartford Enterprise (around the corner - and who are also amazing). Not only were Joe and Tom FANTASTIC, but they were completely understanding, given the somewhat frazzled state I was in (first accident, first car, etc.), and they were very calm and easy to work with. They were very honest with me about the damage I had incurred, but they weren't blasé or brusque with me about it. They really do care about the people with whom they work, and it really shows. read more

Horrible service. Was never specific about the time frame. Told me a week ended up taking 3 and a half. Added parts to my car without my concent and still charged me for it. Was overpriced in geniral. Gave me a quote and when its time to pay its a whole different and more expensive price than what they first told me. Regret going to them. Dont recommend them to anybody. read more
