Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I contacted Center the next morning for the doughnut tire to be installed so I could drive a few miles to have the tire repaired. I do not remember that young mans name. Despite having all of my documents with me and everything being in order, I was met with rude and impatient customer service. The staff repeatedly reviewed the same paperwork multiple times and still refused to release my car for hours, leaving me sitting there with very little communication or urgency to resolve the issue. In the end, the car was finally released, but only after wasting a significant amount of time and causing me to miss an entire day of work. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, this experience felt unnecessarily difficult and very poorly handled.
