I brought seven shirts in to be dry cleaned. Saw the sign spend $20 on dry cleaning and get shirts done for $1.99. I also brought my wife's dressing which was around $14 to be dry cleaned. Apparently when you bring dress shirts in there they are not dry cleaned they are laundered and that is not part of the deal. I even offered to pay $20 to have my wife's dress cleaned so that I could suffice the deal requirements And this was denied. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

In one word: RUDE! I went to this dry cleaner because there was a coupon in the Val-Pack for $20 on all comforters, all sizes. I was first told I couldn't use the coupon because I needed to have at least $10 of dry cleaning; this was before I'd even had a chance to give them my 7 other items that needed cleaning. Then, because it was down comforter, an extra $10. It was as if they did not want any of my business. I finally told them to give me back my items and I'd go elsewhere. read more

I recently moved to area and took in several high quality suits and sport coats for cleaning. When returned, lapels were flat pressed and breast of jackets had severe creases. I requested they be done properly, came back and done again the same way. They then took garments and said they steamed out creases. Not so. One trip to this cleaner; ruined $3000 of custom clothing. You get 10% off prepaid items but can get shirts cleaned for $1.99 each if you have $10 in dry cleaning. The girls won't even make you do the math! There is a drive through if you have kids or pups in the car. You can also keep your credit card on file for quicker transactions. We haven't had any problems with lost items, torn items or stained items. Overall, a pleasant, affordable and convenient place to air your dirty laundry! read more

I used to use this cleaner for all my dry cleaning a while back, but I don't have the need for dry cleaning much anymore. They were always good, however, I took 2 pair of dress pants in for simple seam repairs (and cleaning), and am very disappointed. All of the areas they were to repair look like someone was learning to use a sewing machine. There are gaps in the hem, which can easily be pulled apart if my foot catches it. And in every place they repaired, there is quite a bit of loose threads that will get pulled out in the dryer (that's how one of the hems came out the first time). I would take them back but neither of the people I saw working when I picked them up were wearing masks, so I'm just not going back there. $37 for quality I could have produced with duck tape. read more

I have never been more disrespected in my life. This business needs to go under. Do not give them your business - their marketing scam is the worst in the Charleston area and their personnel are insulting and dismissive. AVOID at all cost! Ohh and I was told by a manager that because I was upset that I must have been molested as a child. Then she had the audacity to pull out her phone and start recording me. Haha. I hope the CCTV video is released as well. Especially is her video goes public - I will sue. On Tuesday, I dropped off 2 men's Oxford shirts to be cleaned. I was told to pick them up on Thursday at 6:00pm. When my husband went to pick them on Thursday at 6:45, they were not there. He explained that one of the shirts was needed for my son's graduation ceremony the following morning. He was told that the shirts would certainly be cleaned the next morning by the owner at 6:30 a.m. When he arrived at 7:00, they were not there and he was told that one shirt was on its way on the truck. He waited and it was not the shirt we needed for graduation. When I contacted the owner, she was so nasty to me. She literally said, "Do not get smart with me." I still don't know where the shirt is. read more

Had a horrible experience with this cleaner. Ruined my brand new comforter by ripping two holes in it and refused to accept responsibility. I took a month old comforter in with cranberry stains and a DAY AFTER they said they'd have it done...it was still not done. So I took it as is and found TWO HOLES ripped in it. I called and eventually talked with Erin, the manager and she got mad at ME for asking that she replace my comforter. She said 'how dare I question a business that has been in Charleston for 28 years." She said my comforter must have been defective and refused to do anything about it...not even a refund of the original cleaning fee! Do not deal with them! read more

Horrible experience. This particular cleaners is horrific to deal with and seems to ruin many of their customers clothing, comforters, drapes, etc,. and then nothing is done about it. I was called by the manager, Erin, about a dress shirt they completely destroyed. It was ripped it 2 different places and the collar was worn through. She proceeded to tell me it was like that when they got it (which if it were, why would we be paying for it to be dry cleaned) and said it was not at all their fault and would not be doing anything to rectify the situation. When I told her that was extremely poor customer service and we would not be using them ever again, she had the nerve to call me back. She apparently googled me and found my small business and told me she would speak ill of my business if I were to put in a complaint of any sort. This woman is obviously crazy and I strongly recommend to anyone out there NOT to use this service. It is a horrible example of how a business should be operated. read more
