Disaster of a store! I came on a Saturday morning to use the self-service copier. I needed 5 copies…read moreof 4 sheets of paper. Big deal, right? Well it is when both self-service copiers were broken and the 2 copy desk workers were tied up with other customers. I checked in and waited. And waited. And waited. A five minute estimated wait turned into 45 minutes. I finally asked to see the Manager. A young man, whose name began with an L, told me that the copiers had been down for 3 days. I heard the same thing 2 months ago. I asked if he could assign more people to the copy desk; there were about 5 people waiting. He blew me off, turned and walked away, and did not answer my questions. Basically, he was a coward and ran away. A textbook example of poor customer service and explains why the store is so horrid. A leader who can't lead.. I finally had my turn and the young woman helping me did not know how to use a copier; nor could she process my discount card. So I was late for my class. I guess I'll find another copy shop to use. One star is far too many to give them.

If a manager has no clue where items are located and ignores a customer with zero people skills the your company needs to do better!!!!! Even when there were 6 others ahead of me, I only waited about 25 mins - not too bad. Jose helped me that day. I was very happy that be took out his mask and wore it during our entire transaction. Made me feel safe. He was also very knowledgeable on how to process my requests and provided me with a lot of good information. Thanks Jose.
