I wanted to like them, they sound great from their website & from the other reviews, but they never got back to me after weeks of leaving messages. I called both numbers- the one on their website and the one that google maps has for them. The google maps number has a voice message saying that you can text him at that number instead, but when I did, I got a message that this number doesn't accept text messages & to text Chris instead at a different number. Which I did. Still no reply. They might do amazing work but I'll never know, because I finally just called their competitor who answered the phone and got me an agent arriving tomorrow afternoon. read more

I requested next day service and the owner booked me for the morning. He cleaned a bound rug in the front room and four arm chairs. The rug had a stubborn spot and the two arm chairs in my back room were pretty soiled and I didn't hold out high hopes for them. However after the cleaning all the spots were gone and I was quite happy as was my wife when she got home from work. I would definitely have them back. read more

Really disappointed with Chris. We scheduled a carpet cleaning at my house 11-1. Ive been trying to call him MULTIPLE times around 12-1 to see if he is still coming. At 2PM I decided that he is blowing me off and got someone else to come out. Txted him little after 2PM saying "Really disappointed with you. You wasted of of my time that I dont have. Already found someone else that is coming. Hope you dont treat all of your customers this way". All in response I got was "Ok". No apology for not communicating and wasting 3 hrs of my day, day where I was moving and NEEDED the carpets cleaned. Hope you think twice before hiring him to do your carpets. read more

I was so happy to finally find a Cleaning company with reasonable prices. Mr. Madison is the company I would recommend. I searched on the internet for hours for someone to dry clean my 3 piece sectional, chair and rug in my living room. Needless to say every business that I called quoted me some ridiculous prices and time frames. That is until I contacted Mr. Madison. Not only did Mr. Madison give me a fair price but he was very knowledgable about fabrics and also the age of my furniture. Mr. Madison completed my living room within an hour. The owner was very thorough and congenial, nice person! Very determined to do the best job and make the customer satisfied. Great job and service as other more expensive and recognized larger carpet companies for a much better value. Our carpet did buckle and had the same wetness as did before when using Modernistic and other companies but settled after completely dry as usual. Had used the same equipment as other large truck mount services. I called him a couple days later to see if he wouldn't mind coming out to go over some darker areas seen once it dried, since our carpet is 25 yrs. old and we have four cats. He then called me to come out the following week to rectify those heavily soiled traffic areas and went over them thoroughly!! Carpet looks great! read more

Had them clean my house carpeting. Had them redo one room while still there as I could tell it was not clean and still had things on the carpet. After they left and the carpet dried out over a couple of days noticed a bad smell like it was cleaned with dirty water. The house stunk. I called them to come back and smell it for themselves and see what they think. They said they would come back and never did. Now I'm having to find and pay for another company to reclean the carpet to get rid of the smell. read more

well. our basement flooded after the heavy rains tuesday August 12th, we had LESS than a half inch of water in our basement for maybe 4hrstotal and then it receeded. We called around to every carpet cleaning place in the area and were told everyone was booked up including MRF MADISON CARPET CLEANING but that they could get to our house if we paid $350 dollars (isnt that illegal? gouging?). the going rate to clean a basement the size of ours is less than $100 any other day but since we needed it done because of the natural disaster they assumed they could jack up the prices. well we said no thank you and started to call around again. an hour or so later they called us back and said "we are in your neighborhood so now we can do it for $200". little did i know at the time, they run their business out of a house a few streets away, so they have always been in our neighborhood. long story short we paid the $200, they showed up and within 45min were gone....and now my basement smells worse. im not vindictive, im not a drama starter....im just giving everyone a heads up as to what this company did to us. choose who you want to clean your carpet. i for one will never call these guys again. read more
