Issues under warranty not being covered for their ambiguous reasoning. The hazard indicators are out & it is my fault, as there is a scratch, not dent, I assume from parking lot. No collision of any type & they say I must pay for it! If part is so fragile & flimsy a tap from a parking lot disables it, I think the part needs to be inspected, but no, bumper must come off to get to it, so I must pay. This dealership is so shady, they don't know what's going on & want me to pay. Got a flat & no low tire indicator came on. This, a slow flat never showed up & when I realized, too late. I had to continue to drive on a tire that could be repaired, to be safe. I payed for service assistance & a new tire for over $400. The answer when they let air out of tire, indicator came on right away. Why didn't that happen & save me time, stress & money? After owning the car 3 years all of a sudden this new message kept popping up on dashboard, " maybe you need a coffee break! I was told this comes on when your hands aren't on the steering wheel. Damn, you can't bdrive with your hands on your head & why after 3 years? Who care, don't find out the cause, just turn light off. Friendly Kia just keeps giving & ripping customers off. Last visit, unfortunately, I was disabled, but the restroom was not handicap equipped. I went in there twice, as I needed a toilet & it just wasn't equipped. When I told Mr. Smiley ( yes, real name) about the problem & me having to soil myself, his first response was, it was a temporary setting. LOL, they have been using that space for over a year, while mega bucks were spent on building a new dealership. Then he said I could have asked for assistance, not quite how ADA is intended to work. This dealership has stolen my trust, confidence, money, sanity on issues & now ignoring ADA laws, what will they stop at. What's a girl to do.....went to corporate & now I need to decide what is in my best interest, since they definitely don't care.

What a wonderful place to buy a car at.I purchased a beautiful 2020 Hyundai elantra value edition yesterday it was priced below market value and Brandan Morgan was my salesperson he was so helpful and very informative.The entire buying experience was under 3 hrs and all involved were wonderful.I also had a great finance person Tony Delgado who was awesome and got me a great rate at 2.65%.I highly recommend this dealership and I've bought alot of cars in my day but this was by far the best I have ever had and they had the best prices and service was awesome!! GREAT JOB FRIENDLY KIA YOU TRULY LIVED UP TO YOUR NAME!!

I drove over an hour and a half just to get there, genuinely interested in a 2017 Honda CR-V, and it turned out to be a complete deception. The vehicle had two reported accidents and over 92,000 miles, yet they were trying to sell it for a total of $21,000, when the online price was listed as $14,445. To make things worse, they conveniently withheld the CARFAX report at the last minute. This was a total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. Honestly, it feels like it should be illegal to do business this way. I don't remember the name of the salesperson who helped me -- he was an older man -- but his manager was also involved in this entire situation. Absolutely unacceptable.

Then Jake texts me back, saying he's "working on it." Never ended up getting a quote/estimate! I was the one chasing him...so I guess he didn't want my business. After almost two weeks of no progress, I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. And they advertised a gift card for test driving a car in November. When we left after the test drive, they said they were processing it, and we'd get it on our next visit. Well, I'll never be going back, so no gift card for me. Zero stars, do not recommend.

While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!

He is an outstanding gentleman and if any curious customer is reading this; despite the mixed experience I had at Sun Toyota, I think he'd be the most likely to take care of anyone at this dealership after talking with a large handful of people over many months. I found a car yesterday but I was confident Lee would have found me something had I had more time to decide, as I'd only recently been put into contact with him. He easily deserves 5 stars and if anyone is desiring a 5 star experience with a rep who doesn't include unnecessary warranties and will try to work with your budget at this major dealership, he is your rep. I hope management takes note of how he performs and chooses him for a leadership role; because if my experiences had been this way from the start, I likely would have gotten a car a long time ago. Documented Malpractice: Inaccurate Titles, and Management Negligence…read more I purchased a 2023 Honda HRV in full (cash), and the post-sale experience has been a nightmare of documented negligence. If you are an out-of-state buyer, avoid this dealership. I have included 4 photos of official state logs and internal emails that prove the following: 1. The "Ghost Lien" & Title Fraud (Photo 1): Despite paying in full, the dealership incorrectly filed my Tennessee registration with a lien to American Honda Finance. As my redacted application shows, they assigned legal interest of my car to a bank, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for title corrections at the Montgomery County Clerk's office. 2. Documented Delays (Photo 2): My official Clerk's log proves the dealership (and their agent, Greencastle Notary) didn't even deliver my paperwork until 04/09--nearly a month after my purchase. They sat on my $25,000 cash payment until my temporary tags were literally expiring. 3. Intentional Negligence (Photo 3): When I begged for help, Finance Manager Moe Ibrahim actually emailed me telling me to wait until ONE DAY before expiration to "take action." This "last-minute" mentality resulted in the rushed, fraudulent lien filing I am now fighting. 4. Shifting Blame (Photo 4): Even at the top, the excuses continue. General Manager Scott Long claimed the situation was "out of his control" due to other agencies, yet the "agencies" are only involved because his own team failed to file a clean title. Additional Failures: * Missing Certification: Sold as HondaTrue Certified, but I never received the 182-point checklist or CARFAX. * Privacy Breach: They sent my tracking data to a typo-filled, incorrect email address.I have an open case with Honda National Customer Relations and formal complaints filed with the Florida Bureau of Dealer Control and the TN Motor Vehicle Commission. Management: Do not reply with a generic "call us." Management has my correct contact information on file. Send the notarized Lien Release immediately. The lack of due diligence is so severe that I even found the previous owner's private insurance and registration documents still in the owner's manual. This dealership fails to protect both its former and current customers' private data.
