Also I was told that I would receive a bill in the mail. Fast forward to March, one of my neighbors walks my bill down to my house with a "FINAL NOTICE" label on it. No phone calls. No emails. They had the wrong address so the previous bills were never received and I was going to be sent to collections for a mistake I DIDN'T MAKE! When I called in and attempted to speak about it with the staff, I was met with hostility by the billing department saying "we sent the statements, so you're responsible". When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they were busy and that owner doubled down on what I was told "it doesn't matter if you didn't receive the previous bills, you got this one so you're still responsible and the late fees will remain on your account". I wanted to give them a shot as a new vet, but never again after this experience. This all could have been avoided with a simple phone call or even an email. The only reason they get 2 stars are the clinicians, who I thought were attentive and great. Go to Tharp or Chillicothe Animal Clinic.
