    I may have been the last person to be able to taste the Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms during dinner call. Topped with Parmesan Cheese, from beginning to end, Executive Chef Yolanda Gallizzi took us all on a journey that left a lasting effect on our taste buds throughout the night. Immediately after tasting Chef Yolanda's appetizers, I immediately regretted not scooping up more. The small bite-sized stuffed mushrooms, may have been small, but was packed with flavor. The immediate release of a meaty, yet small hint of spice from the sausage blended perfectly well with the texture and mellow flavor of the mushroom. The combination presented a perfect umami experience, that made me want to immediately go for seconds. I have known Executive Chef Yolanda, and her family for well over 14 years. The opportunity presented itself to hire her services, when several campus organizations of Citrus College had decided to hold a very special banquet. After crafting a menu in consultation with Chef Yolanda, we knew that she would be the only Chef for us. Chef Yolanda prepared a spectacular Italian themed banquet for the Citrus College Real Estate Club. In addition to the stuffed mushrooms, was a beautifully prepared fresh basil bruschetta accompanied by some freshly baked crostini placed beautifully on a plate surrounding the bruschetta. The stuffed mushrooms provided the strong savory texture, while the fresh and light bruschetta provided a light and sweet flavor to compliment the stuffed mushrooms. Shortly following appetizers, was the main course. Beginning with the Caesar salad, tossed in a tangy parmesan vinaigrette, provided a sweet, yet tangy flavor just before our main course. The seasonal vegetables consisted of a beautiful assortment of steamed vegetables that gave a pleasing and vibrant look. The vegetables accompanied a delicious cheese tortellini, with a white creamy basil sauce. Finally, the Chicken Parmigiana, topped with a delicious marinara sauced baked to perfection topped with mozzarella cheese completed our main course. Chef Yolanda completed the banquet with a beautifully crafted Tiramisu cake. Having gone on a savory night prepared by Chef Yolanda, the Tiramisu was the highlight for our guests as the satisfying closer for the night. The Tiramisu contained the perfect blend of coffee and the chocolate kisses that were hidden within the filling. I wasn't able to get my hands on one of the ladyfingers, but I have no doubt it would have only elevated the experience. Executive Chef Yolanda prepared a truly amazing feast for our banquet. We have received nothing but positive and rave reviews about their experience with her food. On behalf of the campus organizations that attended the banquet, we wholeheartedly, and unequivocally recommend Executive Chef Yolanda to cater and provide her services to anyone in search for a professional caterer. Chef Yolanda was wonderfully pleasant to work with, and we look forward to having her serve our future events at Citrus College.

The guests at the service were very pleased with the food, it was amazing. The food was flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. Many guests had second helpings and most took a plate to go. The portions were just right for the amount of guests and we had leftovers as we had hoped. Thank you for helping make such a great impression on such an important day for our family.

We had to make a last-minute adjustment to the food, (adding guests) and Jesse was more than accomodating. Every guest had their favorites, but mine was the mac n cheese. We also had appetizers of chicken wings (great sauce) a cheese and meats tray. Then there were the best ribs my husband's ever tasted. Salad, honey cornbread, everything was cooked to perfection and somehow kept at the perfect temperature. There was enough for everyone to have seconds and there were leftovers, but they didn't last long. All kinds of BBQ is a hidden gem. Jesse even walked around to the tables checking on our guests. We got the unexpected surprise of his wife coming along to help. What a beautiful asset for this business. I was very frazzled planning a backyard wedding and her sweet smile and confident attitude was just what I needed. If you're planning a backyard event, whether large or small, I'd call All Kinds of BBQ, no questions asked.

But the food itself was kind of hit or miss for me. I ordered the OG breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, and toast. The potatoes were pretty soft and not very crispy, and the bacon was also on the soft side with quite a bit of fat still on it. The eggs, even though they say they aren't powdered, kind of had that soft, watery texture that reminded me of powdered eggs. Nothing terrible, just not really what I was expecting for the price. A few days earlier I tried the chorizo breakfast burrito and honestly liked that better. I think everything mixed together in the burrito worked better flavor-wise and texture-wise. Service was also kind of average. The servers were friendly and did check on us, but they seemed a little overloaded and stretched thin trying to do too many things at once. On a previous visit, service was a little slow and we had to ask for coffee a few times. One small thing that oddly kind of took away from the experience was the ketchup situation. They use tiny ketchup packets instead of bottles, so if you actually want ketchup for your potatoes or eggs you end up opening a bunch of little packets just to get enough on your plate. It just felt a little strange considering they have full-size Tabasco bottles on the tables. The bigger issue for me was the value. For two people, breakfast came out to around $42 before drinks, and the portions weren't especially large. Compared to somewhere like Black Bear Diner where you can split a huge chicken fried steak breakfast and still spend significantly less even with coffee, it just didn't feel worth the price to me. I'm not saying the place is bad, some menu items are probably better than others, but based on what I ordered, I thought it was a little overpriced for food that was mostly just okay, and kinf of bland (no salt or flavor). My advice would be to choose carefully off the menu.

I needed to feed 160 endurance athletes over the course of 5 hours during a race where they would be finishing at different times. It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event. Again, kudos for guiding me through this process and removing stress from my plate. I also loved meeting his family. Both of his sons were extremely polite and thoughtful. If I host again, I'm coming back to Saul.
