First and foremost, I have never had to wait. There aren't 10 or 11 people with the same appointment time as me. I check in, get my MRI, and I am gone. The staff is very friendly, have a great sense of humor, and they have a welcoming environment. I wish they were a doctor's office, because they have the concept of not keeping the patient waiting down to a science. The facility is clean and they always have Brock's candy in the candy dish...just an added bonus...LOL. So if you are in the need of an MRI...go here, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

I had walking pneumonia and got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Shoot - most docs I don't even get SEEN within 30 minutes. I'm not sure why the reviews aren't better. I saw two walk-ins with children all show and out the door even before I finished. My appointment was with PA Kpadjiba and she was super helpful. Like wonderful. It wasn't just her. The other staff was great. Anyone sitting in some den of fevered patients in this part of MD needs to stand up and drive over here to get seen. Or maybe it's better that the word doesn't get out and this gem isn't ruined by the masses!

My experience with Dr. Sanghvavey and the technician that did the nerve conduction test was great…read more They were easy to talk to and answered my questions, which is why I was surprised at how the follow up process went. It was horrible! I had to call at least 7 times to get an update and when I called my information had not been added to the system. Therefore I had to speak with Rebecca the office manager to get an update and was assured that she would follow up with me; no follow up. I had to call her back. Finally I have the information I need. It only took 3 weeks and 2 days. I received an apology however it does not erase the experience. I am disappointed and hope that any future appointments/interactions will be a much better experience. Based on my experience and some of the comments the staff may need to have a refresher training on procedures,processes, standards and the customer experience. No one I spoke with had a clear answer for questions like "how soon should I expect a call back" or "how soon after an appointment should the patient info be loaded in the shared database" I feel that as a company there should be standards in place for simple questions like that.
