We had an appointment for 6 of us in the bridal party on Friday afternoon at 1:30 2 were just getting pedi's one was mani only and the other 3 of us were both. We understood we probably wouldn't all go at the same time, but maybe 2 and 2 and 2 would be great. Needless to say, at 4pm 3 of us still hadn't been started, and we had rehearsal starting at 6. Once the bride told them what was up and that we had been there for over 3 hours, they hastily made up for their lost time.... The kicker? No one was charged the same price at all!!! In fact none of the prices even matched their advertised board price!! Unfortunately since we were all pressed for time, none of us knew of the price gauging (in my case I was charged for almost the same as the brides shellacked nails and all i got was a simple color on the pedi!) If you have an afternoon to kill and some money to burn this place might just be alright for you. I mean the finished product wasn't bad, and it did look nice (as long as you weren't the last girl in the group to go) but the service and the attitude and the fact that even making appointments for 6 people that didn't seem to matter, will make me never come back again... I guess I'll be driving to another town to get them done.

I had pedicures in the past and it was a surprise to me that the chairs were not set up and that they manhandled my feet. They used an electronic nail filer to the point of almost breaking skin at the cuticle. All I received for my "basic" pedicure was a soak, mediocre nail trim and subpar callus scrape and "exfoliating" treatment. My cuticles were never removed and I never received a buff or a top coat. I would never go back and I plan on telling everyone I know to avoid that place.

While removing my polish, she used the drill on too high of a setting, burning two of my nails. I requested a sharp, pointed nail shape, but after trimming my nails very short, Ruby stated they were too short to shape as requested. 2 nails are off centered and look crooked also. For the design, I provided a clear reference and only asked for it to be applied to different fingers. However, after applying a dark base color, Ruby said it was too dark for the design and asked what I wanted instead. I expected the design I initially requested, with no modifications. The final result was incorrect in both shape and design. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction, I received no apology, and was charged full price. I won't be returning.
