Been coming here for a little while now. I have always had great service, they've went above and…read morebeyond. No complaints...until today. Had two appointments booked at 10:00. We walk in and there are three people waiting for pedicures and one person getting their nails done. There was only one person there working. We waited 15 minutes before leaving. When we left there still was only one person working. We felt leaving was the right thing to do. When they did show up we figured they would rush the services through and we wouldn't get what we were planning on paying for. What is the point of making an appointment? Would they actually book five appointments at 10:00 for pedicures? Why when you know you have two booked would you seat just everyone that shows up (assuming they didn't have appointments) for pedicures? We were really looking forward to this. Hopefully this was a one time issue because I really like this salon. Just not understanding the appointment problems.
