We took our VIP gusts to Att stadium for a tour and 3 course meal and cocktails, and ended the day at Kings Spa (if you haven't been there yet treat yourself, it's a must go!) After requesting quotes, Jack responded with his spritely personality. His customer service stood out above everyone else. Jack immediately sent photos of his different size and luxury vehicles, as well as different options for the possibility of our group size changing. The photos were clear and showed both the type of luxury vehicle, style, and seating type. For what I was looking for, he offered limo style party buses and front facing-style party buses too. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. Jack is such a friendly dude, he's upbeat, and was excited to gain our business! I'll definitely be giving Jack a call next time I am in town, even if it is just to give him a friendly 'hey!' Here's how they royally screwed us over: I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. Gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick up/drop off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I spoke to a guy named Jack and called back and confirmed it with another guy. Same price quote. Called my sister. She booked the limo and put down a deposit. They actually quoted her a price of $360, based on all the exact same information. Fine $360-450. This range works. For precisely TWENTY NINE DAYS they had all this information and stuck to this price. THEN FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE! They called us and told us that the price will be $720 because the pick up is out of their usual zone. We explained to them that they already factored this in to the original quote, nothing about our reservation had changed -- so why did the price change? They didn't care and told us we could take it or leave it. With no time to find a replacement car service for the wedding, we had no choice but to continue the reservation. This is an illegal business practice, and we made this quite clear to them on the phone. Then, throughout the hours leading up to the wedding, we keep getting random texts from them about how our driver was no longer available, there was a car issue, yadda yadda. They switched drivers on us FOUR TIMES within the hours prior to the wedding. I spent half of the wedding reception calling them every hour on the hour to make sure we still had a driver for the bride and groom. We had to have a wedding guest agree to be a back up driver in case they didn't show. Frisco Limousine was a total black mark on my niece's wedding day. The only positive thing I can say is that they did actually show up. After lots of stress and DOUBLING THE COST at the last minute. Con artists. Bait and switch pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Yesterday, I booked them to provide transportation to and from a hospital clinic, for a LOW, FLAT, RATE! Until yesterday, I didn't know these guys existed! Their price was 1/3 of the quotes I received from taxi and car service businesses around town. They specialize in transportation to places like hospitals and clinics, even transportation to grocery stores. It's always SUCH a hassle to find someone to drive you home, after a procedure, or Doctor's appointment. And if someone can't take off work for you, you end up paying an arm and a leg for a taxi. These guys will pick you up, take you to your destination, come back at whatever time you need, and get you back home. They don't charge by mileage, it's a FLAT RATE, and the service I personally experienced was excellent. I booked them yesterday, at the last minute, to take someone to a hospital for an appointment, today. We had no idea how long the appointment would last, and they made it work. They went above and beyond, going inside, to make sure their client was taken care of, and when the ending appointment time changed, they changed right along with it, deciding to stay and wait for the appointment to be over, rather than leaving and coming back later. There was no extra fee for this. They are just THAT GOOD at taking care of their clients. If you're ever in need of transportation, for anything, PLEASE GIVE THESE GUYS A CHANCE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS. They'll be my first call, from now on.
