I have a niece with cerebral palsy, who is a fan of Boy George from the culture club. It's really hard to get her to any special event, and so many times she's missed seeing him in concert when he's come to Dallas. This year, her mother was determined, come hell, or Highwater. That her daughter was going to see Boy George! Well, my sister's car is on its last leg and I just couldn't let them drive from Plano to downtown Dallas at night on those four wheels. So I began looking around I found in McKinney VIP Transportation. They were so nice! Also, reasonably affordable and i this service was worth. My niece had to be driven right up to the very entry of the area because she was in a wheelchair. I know how slow she is to get into a car and they were very patient with her. I know they had to carry the wheelchair in the car and they were willing to do that. They even upgraded the car to a nicer car. We asked for the most inexpensive smallest one, but since they had a nicer one available they upgraded and did not charge us more money. The man's tone on the phone, and maybe this was one of the most important things for me, was caring, understanding, and warm. So, on top of that they were practical affordable and reasonable and I really appreciated that. So many businesses are very curt sales people, and others are so often out to screw you. I was hesitant to drive myself to the airport at 4:00 a.m. to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight. Though I've used Uber and Lyft in the past, I was especially concerned they might not show up or be late at that time of the morning. McKinney VIP Transport arrived at 3:45 a.m., 15 minutes before the designated time of 4:00 a.m. The driver informed me when he was on the way and upon arrival. Initially, I contacted McKinney VIP because of the positive reviews on Yelp. I sent a message and received an immediate response from the owner, who assured me they would arrive as scheduled and provided additional details about their process. This was the first time I have ever been able to talk to someone directly, which was very reassuring. I received text notifications about the driver's ETA for both trips to and from the airport. I reserved a non-luxury car, yet the vehicle looked brand new and spotless. The driver was friendly and professional. When I returned to Dallas, recent storms caused a backup on the runway, which meant the driver had to wait over an hour for the plane to arrive at a gate. The terminal and gate also changed. He maintained communication with me the entire time, ensuring he would be able to find me. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations in every way. We had a one week trip to Dallas and Austin and he did his absolute best to accommodate us with the best vehicles (his SUVs and busses are top of the line, clean and well kept) although it was very last minute. The service was impeccable! The car (SUV) arrived exactly as scheduled, it was clean, very nice, and the driver (also Carlos) was very professional and friendly. We took the service to a concert downtown and pickup was equally as effortless. We texted as the concert ended and the car was there to pick us up very quickly.
