We booked with this limo service. On the morning they were to pick us up and take us to the airport, after they were 25 minutes late (keep in mind we were trying to get to a flight) we called. When we called the number of the service we woke up the driver. Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I don't know who is doing the other reviews, and family members should not count . . . but I can't imagine we were the first to experience this sort of service. read more

My niece had to be driven right up to the very entry of the area because she was in a wheelchair. I know how slow she is to get into a car and they were very patient with her. I know they had to carry the wheelchair in the car and they were willing to do that. They even upgraded the car to a nicer car. We asked for the most inexpensive smallest one, but since they had a nicer one available they upgraded and did not charge us more money. The man's tone on the phone, and maybe this was one of the most important things for me, was caring, understanding, and warm. So, on top of that they were practical affordable and reasonable and I really appreciated that. So many businesses are very curt sales people, and others are so often out to screw you. I was hesitant to drive myself to the airport at 4:00 a.m. to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight.
