These barstools are sturdy, well-built and were easy to assemble. Shipped promptly, our barstoolcame boxed in protective coverings, (2 stools per box) without any damage or missing parts. At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Oven finally did arrive, the gentlemen that delivered and installed were professional and friendly. Installation was done in about 15 minutes.

Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.

(This is 3 different staff members). You guys have some serious customer issues. When we finally get a call back from customer service they inform us they do not know where our furniture is and that the warehouse manager has been very sick. I hope that person gets better, however that is not something you disclose to a customer for many reasons. Extremely unprofessional. It is kinda bizarre that in one of the fastest growing cities in the country that a Bassett Furniture could be so inept.
