I just cruised over to pick up a hostess gift for the party I was going to tonight... I proceeded to have two personal shoppers that helped me dress up into two or three gorgeous outfits and fully accessorize me with the most adorable pieces. Felt compelled to write a review after reading one of the negative posts. I have been shopping here for many years and never had a problem finding something gorgeous to wear, which have been in my wardrobe for many years because there is nothing inferior about the quality of the garments. Customer service is superior, ladies know their stuff and help put outfits together when you need help. For a boutique this is a great gem to find, perhaps the other reviewer is accustom to shopping in the big malls or the over the top clothing stores where they actually dress you while you spend $1k on a shirt. I recently had surgery and was shopping for a loose fitting top / and asked the sales person if they had any tops with ruffles or something else that could camouflage my chest. She seemed distressed by the question, and ultimately told me that "their gals don't wear ruffles, and therefore they don't stock them because they don't sell very well." I feel bad enough that I can't wear most of the clothes in my closet - and now I am also not a Rocks and Frocks gal either. Thanks for the condescension. read more

So I am feeling extremely unattractive and pregnant, but Sandy made maternity doable by offering possible options and taking the time to help me coordinate. The store does not carry maternity wear, but really buying a size or two up works just fine and Frocks has a great selection of sweaters and capes. Amazing store in the South Bay and you don't have to mortgage your house to buy just one item in the boutique. The owner and associates are absolutely lovely people, willing to help you if you need it and as former post stated, willing to let you browse without any pressure as well! Frocks & Rocks is one of my favorite boutiques in the LA area, and yes I am including "Melrose" and "Abott Kiney". I would like to think I have a very unique sense of style, but I still appreciate fit and tailoring. This store's selection definitely fits both of these requirements! The store owner Sandy is one of the most generous and sweet ladies I have ever met! Her keen fashion sense and understanding of fit always lead to finding the most adorable additions to my closet! Not only did I find the most killer heels, night out dress and accessories ... but I also found an amazing leather jacket that has become a staple in my wardrobe. I found a coat that brought out my inner Stevie Nicks rock goddes but was unsure how to wear it, but Sandy showed me countless ways to rock it! Her styling tips are endless, and her taste impeccable! The clothes and accessories are fantastic, but its the wonderful people that work here that make the trip to El Segundo worth while. It was really fun, and I don't even like shopping! Not only did I refresh and update my wardrobe with some key new pieces, the prices were very reasonable. The owner,Sandy Featherston has a great eye and her store reflects it. The clothes aren't your average cookie cutter looks, and she knows how to put it all together. I used to go to one of the high end chain stores, but they never seem to have anything new and exciting, and if they did it was always so expensive. Well Frocks & Rocks ALWAYS has a great selection of awsome, beautiful clothes. Prices are so reasonable. I just bought the best fitting jeans for $58.00!
