8/7/21 Visit Such a cute boutique in Inglewood when I was visiting. Parked on the street with my sister and checked it out. You get to check out all he racks and see what there is. They have a lot of cool patterns and cute dresses along with two pieces. There were also purses and shoes in two - three areas across the store, with a center area for the couches. When we started getting a few hangers in our hands of things to try on, a store associate came by and checked with me if I wanted a dressing room started. After changing and trying on clothes, you can walk out and check how it looks on you in the mirror. There are no price tags listed on all items, so you would need to check at the counter. I ended up getting a dress and was pretty happy with my purchase. Didn't have any issue when I was there. I purchased two outfits from the SALE outdoors, then went inside and purchased a nice set and bracelet. I always find and leave satisfied, but NOT SO MUCH TODAY!! I arrived home to find out I was given a size 3X instead of the MED outfit I handed Resa. I got home and was so disappointed. This place has really cute clothes! I came to the boutique 20 minutes before it was to close. You wouldn't even think they were closing. I was greeted when I walked in. I told them that l was going to brunch the next day. I selected 3 dresses. They must have bought me about 6 more dresses and skirt sets to try on. I'm a shorty so they kept that in mind when they brought me clothes. The mirror is outside the dressing room, so don't be shy to come out and strut your stuff. I don't recall the woman's name but she has glasses and light brown/blonde hair. She's helped me each time I've been in and is always so very sweet and willing to bring more options to my fitting room. They have been my stylist and been able to accommodate me big and small . I needed to go to an event, so I stopped by the boutique to pick up a quick outfit. I purchased a pink fuchsia jumpsuit, pink kitten, Hills and some pink earrings. I could not wear the outfit because unfortunately the lady that was having it her husband was found dead that morning. Now we all work a lot I have not been able to return the outfit until now it's been over seven days. They will not exchange it,will not give me a store credit, nor will they refund it. I have my receipt. I never got a chance to even take the outfit out of the bag. This is the very first thing that I've had to bring back in 13 years. I have to say that I absolutely love this location and the sales ladies at both the Inglewood store and the Bellflower store.. without hesitation I recommend shopping with them BUT ONLY in the store. There are entirely too many rules to shopping online. I received an email that included a coupon for 20% off of the entire site. They always have really cute things so I was super pumped. However, shopping online comes with the risk of not being able to fit the item. I am 5'6" tall and I weigh 175 lbs; I am shapely therefore after I picked up the items I ordered online in the store I could not fit them. First, I was surprised to learn that because I used the discount which was emailed to me that made all sales final. Secondly, I learned that you can only return items ordered online at their Slauson location which was a major inconvenient when you don't reside in the area. Thirdly, I learned that you are given a credit that can ONLY be used online. I am not feeling the customer service with this boutique at the moment. They totally took all the enjoyment and pleasure out of shopping. Shopping is usually a stress reliever but today I was stressed to the max while shopping . I recently purchased a two piece pants set from here on Friday June 18 and I wore it on June 19 the elastic band in the pants broke. Clearly it was a defect in the pants for it to snap so easily and they are lose fitting pants. I have purchase several items that I have had for years and the elastic band never came apart like that. I called the store and was told that it wasn't broken when I purchased it and that the manager would be contacted to see what could be done and they would call me back. Do not order from Sabrak online! I received a stained set. I sent it back 3 weeks ago when I just received my order.. as I do not want to wear something with brown stains on the butt They have not given me a refund and will not reply to any of my emails. They did reply at first and asked for a picture, I sent a picture and they were like it looks like a "water stain" you sure package wasn't open? Nope! The outfit was sealed in plastic wrapped along with another layer of plastic packaging with 0 tears. They find items on the rack and suggest them even when you are looking for something different. I'd love if mirrors were inside the dressing rooms.
