The post-op instructions I was receiving differed from prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, so I ended up being without meds for several days. There were instances such as a nurse ignoring my medical records and placing very sticky tape on my face, despite the fact that I am allergic to adhesives, and I blister. The staff always seemed rushed, and it felt like they wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. If the staff improved their communication skills and follow-through, I would happily give the entire practice five stars.

I was left with the conclusion that this doctor does not like helping people. When I volunteer for charitable causes, it's because I like people and I enjoy helping them.
