I used frog tutoring for my NCLEX exam. I bought a package and when the package expired they continued to charge my credit card without my authorization. I specifically asked if the ($1700) that I agreed to pay would be the only charge, I was told yes but they continued to charge me. Stacy the woman whom I spoke to about the issue was very rude. This business seems to not care, neither do they do as they say. Their program is very expensive and not worth the headache. I would never recommend! I would give them 0 stars if I could. read more

To say Jill is the best tutor ever is an understatement! I booked my sessions very close to my test and she made time everyday to get together and work with me. She was an extremely vital piece of my success and understanding the material needed for my test. She was my saving grace before taking my test. She prepared me not only with the content, but with strategies for success and how to mentally relax before the test. I even booked extra hours after my test was completed so Jill could assist in my writing pieces for my grad school applications! She is seriously THE BEST. Sina was extremely knowledgeable of all of the math content I brought to our sessions. He gave me each initial formula (I.e. delta or pythagorean theorem) which was very helpful since I have completely forgotten all of my math since leaving high school. He also taught me tricks to answering questions so if I wasn't confident on finding a solution I would at least have a best guess for my graduate exam. He taught me steps to setting up equations for both word problems or questions that didn't make a lot of sense when doing them independently. I purchased tutoring for my daughter! Tutoring was great. But when my daughter got sick and could no longer tolerate tutoring! Hospitalized....frog tutoring would not refund the balance. Almost 700! My husband's business partner passed away suddenly, and my husband had never dealt with the finance side of the company, so I was in desperate need of Quickbook 2017 help fast. I can say that within the 12 sessions and few weeks of frog tutoring that it has helped me inprove my math skills. Not that I was struggling in math but some material that I needed to know on the SAT, I have never learned before. I decided to try out frog tutoring, and It has been pretty well. My tutor, Mr.Hayes was very helpful, but I can only tell if the strategies really helped once I take the SAT. Hopefully I pass! I am more of a visual learner so I had no idea how talking over the phone would work out. Mr.Hayes was very helpful, providing tips, notes and more using google docs. Frog tutoring took money, provided a tutor after 15 days. The tutor did not work for all our kids need, asked to find another tutor. I could not hold of Frog tutoring, they stopped answering my phone calls and messages. If I could get hold of them after 75 -100 calls, they would promise me another tutor, who had never shown up. Frog tutoring promised me money back if not work out with a tutor. It has been more than 3 years, they still have not given me money or a tutor for my kids' needs. I lost several thousand dollars. I am still waiting if they would send me a tutor who would tutor my kids or they will enjoy my money received by their fraudulent act. read more

This company is a total fraud. I would highly recommend that all stay away from this company, Frog Tutoring. I was defrauded $330 by this company. Their policy is that they will refund the money, if the services are not provided or used. They promised to refund months ago. Every week, they keep saying that they will refund, but it has been over 4 months now. I would never use them again for my kids. Also, I am telling all my friends and family to stay away, and go to other tutoring services. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm surprised the department of justice is still allowing them to operate across state lines. Unfortunately, I will be taking further legal actions to get my money back. read more

Renee is an amazing coordinator. She's very prompt with appointments and very patient with questions or rescheduling. My tutor was not very prompt. She would cancel appointments often the day of, sometimes only an hour before. Even worse, she would completely miss our appointment and not show up. This got very frustrating quickly and I felt that for the price that I paid, this should not be happening. My chemistry grade suffered from the inconsistencies and my overall grade was terrible-- it was good when my tutor was first showing up. For the price that they ask for, they should really work on getting tutors that will be on time. read more

After several weeks of promises from the regional tutoring director and then the chief operating officer I have been lied to and then utterly ignored. This is a very disreputable and dishonest organization that I would highly recommend staying away from. Marilyn Beres is amazing! She knows what she is doing. She's very knowledgeable. I am horrible in math and she made me feel so confident and let me know that i was going to be okay. She makes you feel comfortable. She goes slow if you need to and always asks if you have questions or concerns. If you need help in math or English she is the person to go to. I know she teaches other subjects and I am sure she is a great teacher in those subjects. She takes her time to call you the day before to go through your lesson plan. She replies fast to your emails. Basically, what I'm trying to say is she is an amazing teacher. read more

I had two tutoring sessions with Venkat Narayanan to prep for my mid-term. He was on time and got right down to helping me out. Very knowledgeable and communicate affectively to where i can understand. He was willing to work with me as far as were we meet for our tutoring session but i chose somewhere closer to him. I plan to see Venkat again, we have setup a tutoring plan for my summer class maybe even my next math class. They took my money and my daughter did not pass her test. Once you pay, they ignore your phone calls. First, they try to find you the perfect tutor. Be careful, they can take weeks to find one and refund is only within 30 days. They string you along as you try several tutors for you in order to pass the 30 day period. I lost over 2,000 dollars!!! I tried calling over 30 times and kept getting voicemail. After 3 failed tutors, I gave up and wanted a refund, but it was a 35 and so no refund. Still not sure if they're a scam or not. I paid over a month ago, about 600 dollars and was promised a tutor to be assigned to me within 3-7 business days. I had an important exam coming up for work and was promised the tutor was going to contact me. I let it go to 8 business days when I called my director. Welll no answer, called the websites phone number, left a message. Called another number I found and was told that woman was recently let go from her job. I requested my money back ASAP as this sounded very odd. Was told I'd be refunded in 3-5 business days. Yesterday was 6 business days, emailed the woman and got an automatic response that she was on vacation. Are they serious? Lol. So emailed another person and was told I'd have my money within 24 hours. Never happened. Calling the bank tomorrow to try to dispute chargers as well as calling an attorney If not resolved. Don't bother, there are plenty other tutoring companies out there that I wish I contacted before getting myself into this. read more
