Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here. We will truly miss the staff and all they have done for our daughter. They have made such a big impact on our daughter's and our lives and we hope we've made a lasting impression as well.

And so my daughter took to her lessons immediately, i am happy to say. She has responded very well and the improvements she has made are a great reflection upon Lacie's skills as a teacher. Another benefit to Taylor-Made Tutoring's math program is that they offer an in-home tutoring option where instead of having to drive in and out of Lacie's place of business, she has other tutors on her staff who will come to your home for the lessons. PBLs take a kid's natural curiosity in a subject and show them how to combine ALL their school subjects (STEM, Social Studies, Language Arts, Hebrew, art and music) to present what they've learned. The kids learn how to present starting in kindergarten-- I'll never forget the first time my kid presented their Portfolio, I had no idea this 5 year old was capable of being so prepared, articulate, and confident. My jaw must've dropped a foot. I was just blown away!!! This child comes with some extremely unique, diagnosed developmental and learning challenges that, I've realized in the years since, would likely be too challenging to work with in a public school class three times bigger than his is. At AJA my kids get so much individual support, not just from their teachers but from every adult in the building. Academically, my kids are thriving. The expectations are high, and the teachers have been so talented and creative in their approaches to supporting my kids (not by coincidence-- they are constantly doing new faculty trainings). Our more neurotypical child has thrived and been encouraged to really push herself as well, and as a result has discovered proclivities for math specifically. I've wondered if, in a much larger class, this kiddo might have been kind of lost in the mix as a good-enough B student. Money well spent in my opinion! And then there's what brought us here: the Jewish education. I can see the way the school integrates Jewish values into the kids' daily lives. I see my children actually enjoy participation in Jewish culture and tradition, and apply lessons from our ancient texts to their modern day lives.
