Victor and his family are kind, professional, and talented painters. I had a great experience working with Froggy's from start to finish. My wife and I recently moved into a house with most of the interior walls needing some patching and painting. We were not able to get any of the work done before moving in, so we were having a hard time getting started while living here. Victor was understanding and accommodating to our situation. He promised to work with me to get the job done in a timely manner while caring for my house as his own and providing top quality finish and attention to detail. He did not disappoint! Our entire 2400 sq. ft house was patched and painted to perfection in two and a half days. This incredible amount of work included repairing significant holes, cracks, and dents, removing wallpaper, and re-caulking around all the exposed vigas. The whole house has wood ceilings, and tile floors with no baseboards, so there was considerably more work to do in caring for and painting around those surfaces. We were so impressed with the quality of work Victor and his family at Froggy's were able to pull off in a short time at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Froggy's Painting highly enough. They are rapid and thorough in response, competitive and fair in their pricing, excellent and timely in their execution. Victor Andrade did some of the original exterior wood and concrete stain on our house when it was built 14 years ago - as well as interim maintenance on interior and exterior surfaces since then. This time was a major maintenance update on all exterior surfaces. He and his team are knowledgeable, fast and dedicated to the highest quality. He was sensitive to the needs of my family and kept in touch with me on a daily basis, sending daily photos when I had to be away from home during the time they were working. They finished exactly when they said they would. Their office manager also kept in touch in a timely way, following up every decision with accurate and precise records. They are a dream come true! I cannot speak highly enough of Victor and his crew. Victor came to our home following a scheduled appointment on time and provided a very reasonable estimate on the work that needed to be done. He and his crew, did a phenomenal job with the prep work (sanding, washing, patching, trimming vegetation and removing obstructions) on the exterior wood surfaces and stucco. He stained and sealed exposed wood, painted the exterior doors and painted our home. He and is crew were meticulous and careful. They were neat when leaving and careful to insure the gate was closed for our old dogs. Victor was so patient with us as we struggled to agree on colors and style.... FROGGIE'S WAS AWESOME!!!! I recently purchased a condo in Tesuque, 10 miles north of Santa Fe. I moved in on a Wednesday, started painting and quickly decided I didn't want to paint. Victor was painting in the area, came by to visit and give a quote upon a recommendation by the property manager that same Wednesday. We agreed on a price. They started Thursday morning AND FINISHED SATURDAY OF THAT SAME WEEK!!! YES, not joking. 1300 square feet, 12-14 ft ceilings and wood beams in most rooms which means lots of precise cutting in. Super professional. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. And not that it matters, but Victor's personality is very funny and laid back so if you are having to work along side in the same space, as I did, it makes for a pleasant work day. The next day two of his best workers, Oscar and Luis, came to start the prep work and job. These guys really know what they're doing! Froggy's provided high quality work, and excellent service for my painting project. I recently did a whole-home remodel and required extensive painting throughout the house. Victor and Oscar came to the house and did a detailed study of the work to be done. They asked excellent questions, anticipating my needs and seeking clarification when necessary. They are both highly professional and excellent communicators. As with any remodel there were many changes and obstacles and they worked very well with me to get a good solution. A neighbor recommended Froggy's after she fixed up her house for sale. This was a few years ago. We were ready to paint our studio a few weeks ago and called for an estimate. Victor made an appointment to come over to see and estimate the job. After the estimate appointment he emailed us a proposal that was reasonable and we accepted. The work started the next week. The team took care in moving the heavy furniture and large plants. We are very pleased with the final results. They masked and protected our exposed wooden beams. I can't say enough about my positive experience in working with Victor at Froggy's in a sand, restain and refinish of the exterior wood parts of my Santa Fe house. Stain matching was a challenge due to three different types of wood and different prior stain colors. Like one earlier review, I was undertaking the project remotely, relying on Victor "on the ground" to find the right stain products and colors. His communication was great, as I got daily updates and videos of his work. Seeing the final results in person a few weeks back, his judgment and work quality was top notch. There were 4 different colors that we used, and we communicated from 2500 Miles away so that our home would be all painted by the time we moved back here to Santa Fe. Victor and his company worked over several days to fix and paint our large windows with southern exposure. They repaired and calked the window frames, then, primed and painted the windows frames inside and out. They matched the colors exactly. It really improves the appearance of our windows and I am sure it will make a difference during the winter in our passive solar house.
