When I discovered a leak in my dining room ceiling just days before a planned Christmas party, I got on my phone at 5:40 in the morning, searching reviews for emergency roof repairs. As it turned out, the eight inches of wet show we received the previous week was causing havoc to my already-in-need-of repair flat roof. Without going into great detail, suffice to say that the existing roof damage was extensive, as two additional rooms also began leaking. Julian's wonderfully capable crews took care of all of installing a new roof, removing all the interior damage, creating new ceilings where needed, and painting everything to perfection. I needed to have portions of my house painted in a hurry because I was closing on my home in a few weeks. II did a Google search for a contractor, and located Always Construction Services. I called Julian on a Friday night at 7:00pm. He came out the next day, a Saturday, at 8:30am, and the job was finished 3 days later. His crew did an excellent job, were on time, courteous, and hard working. Julian's follow up brings his company to the top of construction companies. I had to call him to clean a small spot of paint on the brick and, later, to help with clarifying the invoice to satisfy the buyer.. He went above just cleaning the small spot and power washed the entire patio. He took time from a busy schedule to come back to the house to add clarification to the invoice. Julian responded to my initial inquiry about a leak and damage done in a very short period of time. From that time on until work was completed, he stayed in close contact. There were many levels to this repair, including fixing the leak from the deck area, replacing sub flooring, removing and replacing a larger slider door, removing and replacing an upper story deck, and repairing the garage ceiling. His crew took all of this on in a methodical and expert way. The area was kept neat and uncluttered throughout the 7 day procedure. Inside and outside repairs were made to look like new. Anyone not knowing work had been done would not be able to tell upon the completion. The leak is repaired and the damage returned to original or better condition.
