Young bimbos can hardly take the place of experienced ladies and gentlemen who understand haberdashery and used to hold court properly. Not only that, there is no longer a steaming machine available to clean, fit and block hats. Further, customers are forced to pay for such incidentals as feathers and cork linings, adding further insult to the "gentlemen's club" feeling that used to exist there. It's a shame that these folks have no idea what they are doing, and this store now exists in name only.

Overpriced Garbage - Stay Away!!! I bought a kapota from…read morePrimo Kapota over a year ago, thinking that since their prices are extraordinarily expensive, they must offer high quality and great service. I was very, very wrong. Despite paying such a high price, the quality was absolutely terrible. The kapota ripped apart in places that I barely even touch. After just a few months, I went back to them, expecting some level of responsibility. Instead, they shrugged it off and said, "Yeah, we don't know. That's your problem." Rather than fixing it properly, they just patched over the holes. And, of course, after a few months, the patches ripped again--plus new holes appeared! When I went back again, they told me, "Yeah, this is your problem." At first, they charged me $50 to patch up two small holes. Now, for the same holes plus a new one, they suddenly want $400! (I found much better tailor Bugi who did WONDERFUL job only for $40!!!!!!) This is outrageous. These people are scammers and charlatans. They charge a premium price for a garbage product and then try to squeeze even more money out of you for useless "repairs." Stay far, far away!
