Since they shuffled their register layout this year, it's been a nightmare to check out. It's created unnecessary bottle necks and wait times have increased. Typically, 2/3 or their registers are closed. They've taken away the scanner guns at the self check out registers so you have one staff member running around scanning those large items for everyone -- more waiting. So 2 stars for this location as I compare it to other costcos.

When I got to the window, I was informed that the new procedure is to purchase at the kiosk, then go hand the ticket to the person at the counter to get the order in. I apologized for not knowing procedure and took my ticket to the counter. The pizza person apologized to me and I told her, I was just unaware and know what to do for next time. No harm, no foul. She put a rush on my order because I was understanding and my wait was only about 10 minutes. I appreciated that.

Getting an appointment with Tim Case Auto Upholstery you're always 4 to 6 weeks out. We cannot get this covered to fit properly and once he started, he had a few few hours. installing the decision was the cover off. Pay him for two jobs now send a back to acme. And then wait another 4 to 6 weeks for him to reinstall this job was slipped in between other big jobs. I felt at least work with me and detailed photos and told situation they referred me to the seller, which is OB Restoration the had a very metro demeanor about him and was point blank on stating that there's nothing they will do other than possibly refunding my money upon inspection of the Seat COVER by Acme, which meant I had to send it back to they and time was of the essence if there's other manufacturers that one with please do so this and this company OB restorations are two of the worst companies ever want to spend your money with. They don't care about your inconvenience and they don't care about your time. Do not do business with these companies.
