I regret hiring them and forwarding any business to them. My project remains incomplete but paid in full. I worry what I have paid for exactly with my site plan will only result in costly change orders from their incompetence. Update: A business manager has reached out but only I left two reviews of my experience. Prior to my reviews, the project coordinator would refuse to escalate me to anyone else.

Dealing with the closing (TWO extensions later), which involved hunting and gathering several documents, photos, receipts, and having repairs made - it was definitely one of the most mentally and emotionally draining things I've EVER had to go through. Paul handled my panicked, ranting e-mails and text messages with ease. Information and requests were made in a timely manner, and even when he was on vacation he was still available to us.
