I see Marina for a brazilian, inner thigh, and eyebrow wax. Not only is Marina meticulous and thorough but she is FAST. Like, less than 20 minutes and your brazilian is finito! She makes an ordinarily painful process absolute painless. Going to see Marina is like going to hang out with a girlfriend who just happens to be a master at waxing. Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.
