We walked around for a while, returning 10 minutes later. This time the owner opened the door and told us to come back at 1. When my wife explained that various sites indicate the opening time at 12 he seemed surprised, but not especially concerned nor apologetic, and simply repeated that we should come back at 1. I was about to mention to him that since we live about 20 minutes away and that traveling back and forth would be impractical, as would be walking around for 50 minutes, perhaps we could be permitted to visit somewhat earlier. But by then, the door was closed. It's a shame. The bar has so many glowing reviews and it looks like a cool place. Too bad we'll never see the inside.

I had a birthday party with around 45 people, and everything was fantastic! The space was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group. The party package included a great virarity of food to pick from. I have different friends with different food preferences so the wide options to pick from really helped me plan a party for everyone to enjoy The bartenders who worked my party, John and Mel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made GREAT drinks. There were plenty of tables and seating options, plus chairs at the bar, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax, mingle, and socialize. The BNB also provides card games and a dart board inside which makes the atmosphere lively and fun. I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The remainder of the order did not arrive until the 1.5-hour mark. Throughout the wait, there were no drink refills, no updates on our order, and little attention from the staff. We also received no napkins or serving utensils with our food and had to ask for basic items that should have been provided from the start. The dining experience itself lacked any atmosphere. There was no music playing and no television on, which only made the long wait feel even longer and more uncomfortable. As for the food, it was lackluster and underwhelming. Tortilla chips and fries were burned. Bun for chicken sandwich was not warmed. The dishes were very basic, with little presentation or attention to detail, and they certainly did not justify the extended wait. What made the experience especially confusing was that this all happened while we were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday night.
