    Beautiful Billiards table
    Alan M.

What a place. Spacious and inviting, with plenty of things to do. Billiards, darts, and a friendly diverse crowd. The beautiful bar is centered, and it never gets in the way. Within steps of the LIRR, a serious gem here on Long Island. A good feel when you come in, with a jukebox and some Pac-Man and bowling games to keep you interested. ATM is in bar, which of course is a plus. AC works great, always a conformable feel. May be hard to find, but worth coming here and experiencing it.

I've been to many bj's franchisees and some of the food items were not as good as I remember, but just a slightly disappointing difference. The food is always pretty good and filling and the prices worth it in my opinion. The sweet tea was disgusting. I do not know what is going on in the back, but that was the most disgusting sweet tea I've ever had. Don't get it. The ambiance's gives elevated sports bar it all depends on if there's something good on tv or not. I happened to go on during game 3 of the Knicks road to the championship which is where it can get rowdy. Service was good he was always there when we needed him. If you've never been definitely go and try it out for yourself.

The sampler did take a bit long to come out but the manager spoke to us without even asking and was super nice about it. When the food did come out it was hot and great to share for two. For the pizookies, the biscoff is a 10/10, and the favorite from the two. The dubai chocolate is very heavy and just tastes like a brownie to me but that is a preference thing. Overall, we will be back to try more and had a good experience.

Our server Nickisha was attentive, checked on us throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. Everything was flavorful and prepared just as ordered. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a bit of a wait for our food, but the quality made it worth it. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'd definitely return. If you're looking for a casual place with good food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere, TGI Fridays is a solid choice.

I honestly think TGI Fridays is one of the worst restaurant companies right now…read more Their website and app are overly complicated and frustrating to use. I have points that are about to expire, and when I tried to redeem them, I was told I could only use two free entrées at a time -- which was annoying but acceptable. Then, for my birthday reward today, the app automatically assigned it to a location in Maryland, even though I live in New York. That's ridiculous. No phone support! I Just took a party of 20 to a different restaurant and decided not to go to TGI Fridays and will probably not ever go back. This kind of broken experience is exactly why they're closing so many stores. Nothing about their stores or their digital platforms feels great -- it's all confusing and unreliable. When I try to pick my store it came up with some chicken place and when I asked the restaurant what that was all about they didn't seem to really know but he said that it was something they did with the online presence but it was also inside the app But it sounded like this chicken place was somewhat associated or affiliated with TGI Fridays. Just a huge turn As for the food, a lot of it is just disappointing. The chicken chunks, pot stickers, and many other items taste like cheap frozen food you can buy at the grocery store. Why would I leave the house and pay $16 for Tyson-style frozen appetizers that I can get for $8 at my local supermarket? It simply doesn't make sense.

Joseph the top bartender is one consistent thing about this establishment. When I walk in and see him there, I feel assured that I will have a great cocktail and great service. There wasn't many people despite it being a weekend, which I found surprising, but the dj was good and maintained the ambience. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant therefore the whole dining experience became frustrating. She was very pleasant ; however, overworked and did did not allow us to order our entrees with the rest of our order. The drinks and appetizers were really good. I ordered a Pina colada and my best friend ordered a rum punch, both of which were strong. For apps we ordered the Ackee spring rolls and cod fish fritters. Everything was delicious, but we were hungry and had to wait to input our entree orders, resulting in us waiting an extra 30min. What became frustrating is that the couple next to us who came long afterwards was able to order everything at once and was eating their appetizers and entrees while we were still waiting for our oxtail and curry goat. This was extremely upsetting, especially because we requested to do so several times and the waitresses insisted that she was coming back. I understand that she had a lot on her plate, which is why we wanted to get everything out of the way at once. The food was delicious and fresh; however the service was definitely lacking.
