Either they are not making it right or being cheap with the flavor. When I smoke hookah at home it lasts hours. With them you'd be lucky to get 30-45 mins of it smoking correctly. It's really upsetting because I really like this place and the owner. I don't understand why the hookah smokes bad more days than times it's smoked properly or good.
