I came specifically to try the brunch menu and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The Traditional Irish Breakfast immediately brought me back to being in Ireland. It comes with eggs, Irish bangers, rasher, black and white pudding, breakfast potatoes, toast, and Batchelors baked beans -- which was a great authentic touch. The Guinness Gravy Biscuits were fantastic. The biscuits were soft and pillowy, and the sausage Guinness gravy was rich and creamy. The Whiskey Reds Breakfast Sandwich was another standout. The combination of fried egg, Irish cheddar, bacon, rasher, pub sauce, and the soft brioche bun worked really well together. The Breakfast Burger might have been one of the best breakfast burgers I've had. Great flavor from the pub burger itself, and the egg, bacon, Irish cheddar, and whiskey aioli took it to another level. The Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was probably one of my favorite dishes of the entire meal. This is not canned corned beef hash. It's fresh cubed corned beef with crispy potatoes, peppers, onions, and eggs. Really fresh, really flavorful, and easily one of the better corned beef hashes I've had. Even the Pub Pancakes were excellent. Soft, fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with Irish butter and syrup. The Irish butter added so much flavor that I honestly didn't even need the syrup. Overall, this was a really strong brunch experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the food exceeded my expectations. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of the regular menu as well. If you're looking for a Sunday brunch spot in East Meadow, Whiskey Reds is absolutely worth checking out.

Was really happy and impressed with the new place! The inside is clean and comfortable, we were immediately greeted by Mary Ann the bartender who was super hospitable and friendly. We had the burger specials which were filling, cooked perfectly medium rare, and the thick cut fries were right up my alley. The Guinness was nice and cold....Always a plus. Tyler, who is the owner, is a very nice person and came over to welcome us on our first time there. He also told us some of the things he has planned for the future both in music and events. You should absolutely give it a try. We will definitely be going back!

It's possible I'll be a somewhat regular attendee here since my friend has been hired to host karaoke here on Saturday nights, go to Brian's Karaoke on Saturday nights if you're reading this. The bartender was nice, the people in the bar were pretty friendly, it is a nice little hang out spot. I saddled up to the bar and asked if they had any non alcoholic beers, they did not. They had no orange juice, they had no cranberry juice so there went my standards of cranberry juice and seltzer, or orange juice and seltzer. Eventually I asked for red bull, no energy drinks either. I had a diet coke and later on a Shirley temple with no cherries :( So I like it here but for those of us that abstain from alcohol for whatever reason, can we have more drink choices please!

I gave this restaurant 1 star only because it is dog-friendly…read more Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday night, yet it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. Even then, at the 45-minute mark, only about 40% of our order arrived. For a party of six, our order was not particularly complicated: two burritos, two taco meals, a chicken sandwich, and guacamole with chips. The remainder of the order did not arrive until the 1.5-hour mark. To make matters worse, my son's meal was incorrect when it finally came out, adding even more delay and frustration to an already lengthy wait. Throughout the wait, there were no drink refills, no updates on our order, and little attention from the staff. We also received no napkins or serving utensils with our food and had to ask for basic items that should have been provided from the start. The dining experience itself lacked any atmosphere. There was no music playing and no television on, which only made the long wait feel even longer and more uncomfortable. As for the food, it was lackluster and underwhelming. Tortilla chips and fries were burned. Bun for chicken sandwich was not warmed. The dishes were very basic, with little presentation or attention to detail, and they certainly did not justify the extended wait. What made the experience especially confusing was that this all happened while we were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday night. A simple order, an empty dining room, no communication, no refills, an incorrect meal, and a 90-minute wait just didn't make sense. The only positive aspect was that the restaurant is dog-friendly. Otherwise, this was one of the most frustrating and puzzling dining experiences we've had in a long time.
