Had been here under North Sound and had a good experience. so when I was considering hair removal I thought I'd go back. There are no prices on their website, so booking a consultation seems to be the only route to find out cost. I arrived for said consultation to be told there was an $80 fee for that appointment. It is absurd to charge people to find out how much a service costs. There is also no notice of that charge when scheduling the consultation on their website. I'd like to start off by saying I absolutely loved the experience I had with North Sound Dermatology over the past ten years-ish with my hair removal treatments, flawless. The staff was amazingly awesome and down to earth. I was sad to realize that all the old staff were long gone. It had been so long since I've been back that I was told there was no recollections of my past treatments. Not a big deal, I had no problem doing service with Frontier Dermatology moving forward. The girls at the front desk were very delightful, so why not? I absolutely loved my gal who I won't name because I'm not that person but I will if need be. She was very friendly and asked a lot of personal questions about me and got me to open up. How can you not open up, when the sessions are so personal? First treatment went great and my second treatment I started getting blisters in the areas that she treated. I expressed my concerns to her because I've never had blisters before and so she took photos of my face with her tablet. She asked me to take photos next time so she could see what was going on. She then said she would be able to "hook me up" with a chemical peel to help with the scars once my sessions were over and not to worry. I was a happy camper because my scars were going to be handled. I'm not one to wear makeup so, I am very self conscious about my face. The next visit I told her it was still happening so she made some adjustments to the gizmo and it was a success. I was a happy camper until my last few seasons the blisters came back and I still have a ton of facial hair. I didn't put much thought into the scars because I was being "hooked up" with a free chemical peel but I was concerned about my hair. My last couple of sessions I expressed my concerns about my hair and she said if it's just one or two to just pluck them and made it seem that it wasn't a big deal. She was very cold on my last day and definitely not the same bubbly version I had come to know and adore. She walk me out as always and told me that there was no need for me to come back and to just pluck my hair out. I wasn't even aware it was my last session until that moment. I was very confused and felt like I had been ripped off. I walked out after spending over twelve hundred dollars with hair and scars on my face. I was hurt and confused. I called the office to see what could be done and it turned out to be the "head office". I made a complaint and said please work with me. I needed help, please. A week went by before I heard back from anyone to only give my story again. The lady I spoke to was very understanding and asked me if I took photos of my blisters and I said no at that time. She then said she needed to speak with the person that "helped" me before coming to a conclusion. Another week went by before hearing that I made up the whole thing up and I needed to take my business elsewhere. I was shocked and still am. All I have to say is beware of what is said and get everything in writing or else...it's a shame. Oh and guess what??? I was going through my photos and found pictures of my blisters...if only I can attach my photos. I have no interest in giving my hard earned money to a company that treats customers the way y'all have treated me. Beware!! Shame on y'all! read more

I came to Nanci Abell on a recommendation from my dermatologist for laser hair removal. I had very bad facial hair from PCOS. Jeanvieve saved my skin! I came in for Fractional Laser Treatment with Jeanvieve a little over a week ago and I am blown away by the results. She suggested the treatment as I have been dealing with adult acne (daily for years), wrinkles, rough texture, blotches, you name it, my skin has been through it since I turned 40. The procedure is relatively painless and easy. She numbed me for about a 1/2 hour and then the actual procedure you feel a little warmth and prick, but nothing un-manageable. I had the day off, so I iced the rest of the day, and the next day was a little red but hid it with makeup. Now I am a little over a week out and I am floored by the results. Especially since I used to be an esthetician, I have seen and tried everything! Botox, fillers, peels, every miracle cream out there, and nothing comes close to these results! This is a long over due review. I have been to North Sound Dermatology for several visits: I saw Amaris for botox and Michelle for acne extractions. First I have say Amaris is the queen of botox! I was a little nervous at my first visit but she made me feel completely at ease. Amaris knew exactly where to inject on my forehead to make my wrinkles disappear and without dropping my eyebrows. My forehead has never looked better. Amaris is hands down the best at what she does! I see Michelle for Acne extractions. She does a light microdermabrasion to help exfoliate my skin before the acne extraction. I will be honest with you.. no pain.. no gain. I suffer with small acne bumps deep within the skin that are hard to come to the surface and she helps to get those out. I am so thankful for her! She keeps my skin looking good. They also sell dermatology recommended skincare and sunscreen here. I have been loving the Epionce skin care line for facial creams and Elta MD sunscreen from here. I came to Pegi for lip fillers. She is FANTASTIC. First off, she's hilarious. But also, she makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. She listened to my input on the look I wanted and she made it happen. She spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy before I left. Prices are comparable to other Seattle clinics but the level of expertise you get with Pegi makes it feel like you're getting more bang for your buck. I recently visited NSDA for an IPL (intense pulsed light) treatment for the dark sun spots on my nose and cheeks. Heather Dahl did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with my results. The treatment itself is kind of uncomfortable but Heather worked quickly and efficiently. In one week's time my dark spots are gone and my skin is glowing. In the future when more spots surface I will be sure to return to NSDA. Highly recommend this treatment for uneven skin tone, scars, freckles and sun spots. read more

This place is beautiful, serene and and has a relaxing environment. I saw Amaris for Juvederm Voluma. She did an amazing job. I look so much better, but no one knows what I had done. I have been getting Botox for years, but had avoided having my "11"'s done due to the cost and a fear of my brows drooping. Amaris told me it would really open up my eyes. She was completely correct. I think the thing I love best is that there is no up sell. They did not go on and on about how much damage my skin has and how many additional fillers and procedures could correct it.
