I recently had their HydroGlow facial, and it was incredibly refreshing. My skin is usually very dry, but afterward it felt so much more hydrated, soft, and revitalized. Had an amazing experience here with Dr. Thoa Fenton! My colleague recommended PI Aesthetics to me after my complaints about extreme pain and tension in my jaw from clenching and anxiety. I've explored masseter botox as an option, but I was extremely hesitant to commit to it. Fortunately, PI Aesthetics offers complimentary consultations-- including Saturday availabilities-- which was extremely convenient for my work schedule. Dr. Thoa Fenton was incredibly charming and transparent when it came to advising the best course of action for me. Asides from botox injected into my masseters & temples for TMJ relief, I was also able to address my concern about my forehead wrinkles with a sprinkle of tox here and there. Additionally, Dr. Thoa Fenton was recommended dermal filler for facial volume loss following weight loss which restored youth and vitality to my face and enhanced my jawline. She was lovely to work with and the staff at PI Aesthetic are all top notch. I felt incredibly comfortable going to this clinic knowing the doctors here are experienced medical professionals as opposed to other medspas. While the pricetag may reflect it, I believe this is an investment that is well worth the price as so many things can go wrong otherwise! Their reliance on a 'positive 99% feedback' statistic does not invalidate my negative experience. During my dissolving treatment, the doctor used me as a case to train his wife. Following this, I found they hastily expanded the ultrasound injection service. Ultrasound-guided injecting is a marketing gimmick, requiring a far lower technical skill level than truly demanding procedures like dissolving hyaluronic acid filler. True expertise is revealed in those more complex challenges, and in my experience, they failed to demonstrate it. Their sophistry does not change the FACTS: 1) Flawed Diagnosis: At the 1st visit, the doctor claimed only "superficial" filler remained. At the 2nd follow-up, he pivoted to claiming the filler was "deep", without any new ultrasound to confirm this drastic change. 2) Inadequate Technique: he failed to address the most critical issue: I got large patches of bruising and swelling and the final result was asymmetric and uneven. This is a technical, not a communicative failure. 3) Lack of Expertise: My subsequent experience at another clinic confirms his technical shortcomings. My new practitioner, using superior ultrasound equipment and injection techniques (without the bruising I experienced here with his sharp needle method), achieved a satisfactory result and resolved the issue he claimed was "too complex". 4) Misleading Advice: During the first follow-up (when swelling had not subsided, making uneven appear smoother than it actually was), the doctor emphasized that further dissolving might not improve the outcome, misleading me into thinking improvement was unlikely and steering me away from seeking further treatment. It turned out to be an excuse on his skill shortcomings. 5)Dishonest and Inconsistent: their response ignores the fact that during my first follow-up, the doctor claimed the remaining filler would be $100. The subsequent quote of $500 for the same ongoing course of care was the genuine trigger for my distrust. 5) Unacceptable "Improvements": Their decision to eliminate referral discounts and online scheduling are not a genuine improvement. It's just a punishment to future clients for their internal failure to communicate pricing clearly. 6) Shifting the Blame: I came to them again hoping to resolve the asymmetric and uneven situation got from 1st visit, but they shifted the focus to the cost of a third visit to justify their overhead, completely failing to take responsibility for the incomplete initial treatment which necessitated the follow-ups in the first place. read more

I initially chose her because of her credentials and the education she received to become a nurse, but I continue to go to her because of her personality and how she wants the best suited for you, not just the money.
