I had phone and internet service with Frontier. I had whole days where the internet didn't work, and the days it did work it would randomly cut in and out. In the evenings or weekends it was almost pointless to even try. After several months of this I discontinued the service and went back to the more expensive provider. Frontier, however, decide that I should pay the $100 early termination fee even though they didn't provide the service they had promised. They expect me to keep my end of the contract, but they don't feel a need to keep theirs. I talked to customer service and put in a "dispute" and was told do not pay the bill until the dispute is settled. Four months later I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed this money. I called back, waited an hour on hold, then spent about 45 minutes talking to various people who didn't know what to do with the issue. Finally someone said I needed to talk to customer service and have them connect me to a manager in the office of the president. I talked with customer service again, they said they had no way of connecting me to a manager in the office of the president. One of the customer service representatives and one of the onsite service techs, I had several techs out to my house to try to fix the problem, both told me this company has serious issues. I couldn't agree more! I heard they are upgrading the hardware in my area, but I won't be back. read more

I've had 2 price increases in 3 months. this last 1 was for $2.00 and no real reason why. When asked about the first $5.00 increase I was told that next May 2019 I could expect another $5.00 increase. My bill has gone from 29.99 per mo to 43.98 per month in just couple of years. read more

We were customers of Frontier for 16 years and had no issues until I tried to cancel my service. We have had nothing but phone call after phone call with them and zero resolution on the problem. We never received statements, they had changed our account number, they had not sent the new PIN and we had no notification from them until the collections department sent a notice we were past due and without a PIN would not accept payment. Called one day (a Friday) and spoke to someone about inconsistent connectivity issues and he said he would call me back within an hour before they closed and he never did. I called again Monday and I waited on hold just to talk to someone for 40 minutes. Took 2 hours to get my parents an extender to make their 1.5 MBPS internet connectivity constant (it constantly drops and is very slow) they also got a new modem since theirs is more than 12 years old. I was horrified to have to wait so long to talk to someone. And everything they do is absolutely SLOW. Also, all the tech people I spoke to were extremely difficult to understand which didn't help. Frontier in Lynden continues to suck! Sometimes out for a few min-up to a few days. I was promised better service when I lived in Blaine but here is nearly as bad. This is a general "suck" to Frontier and not aimed at Ferndale but Yelp only offered up Ferndale. Pretty sad when my only other real choice is one of the sat companies and I have been down that road and its even worse...... read more

This company has the worst scheduling department. Had a appointment for 19 Sept they never showed. Later called to reschedule for 21 Sept was told I was next on the list but they never showed up. Just wondering if I could bill them for lost wages read more
