Apparantly, I gave up my 300 mbps plus free modem rental to upgrade to the new faster plan which they could not provide. Lightspeed Internet will not give me my old plan back at my old rate. I complained within a day of the switchover. They now want to charge me twice what I paid before for the same 300 mbps plan.
