The sad bit is I won't be seeing them every day. They've just finished doing major repairs on my front porch, siding and ceilings. Until they started the repairs (caused by termite and water damage I didn't know I had), my porch had been held up by the hand of God. Then He handed it over to the Dynamic Duo to fix. It was almost a shame to put the siding back on over the studs and insulation because Lauricella and Son are seasoned craftsmen of the highest order. Oh, and my beautiful put-back-together-again, re-beautified front door! I could digress and go on about how delightful David and Dave are, or how they go out of their way to do what you want done, or how I gave them a key to my now beautiful front door when I was out of town, or how I never had to sweep up after them. I just purchased my home just over a year ago and I was having a major foundation issue. I had everything from cracks/separations in the wall and windows to doors that would not open/close/unlock, my house even leaving to one side with major cracks in my bricks and mortar. Additionally, I have tile floors and I was seeing cracks in the tile and in one place my floor separated and dropped about 2-3 inches. Needless to say I panicked. Mike and Dave came in and explain why I was seeing the issues I was having. They checked my entire home to see if the issues were isolated to the side with the issues or if it was the entire home. It was determined that it was one side. They provide me an estimate within a day or two. I waited almost 3 weeks before I decided to go with Al Sanchez as I had about 5-6 other companies come look at my home. I have a super busy schedule and Mike and Dave were super accommodating. They were understanding of the many requests and inquiries I made about their business and the process. Mario and Mike spent time with me inside of my home explaining what repairs would need to be done on the inside to repair my walls and cracked floor. I am also a recent grad and as we all know recent grads don't have much disposable income so it was important that I got a good company at a good price. I believe I got more value than what I would have gotten with any other company. Their prices were reasonable, the job was done timely and thoroughly, and they walked me through each step of the process so I could see that the work was being completed properly. They warranty their work and the warranty is transferable. Although, I dont foresee using it I am glad to have it available. They did everything they promised in the contract and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'd give them my business 10 times over.

They were way ahead of the schedule they estimated and completed the job quickly. We were so satisfied with their level of professionalism and the progress they made, that we had them change our old pipes from cast iron to PVC. This job was done quickly as well. The team was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Prior to our foundation repair, water would come into our home from the heavy rains, but now it doesn't. We are looking to renovate our home and we will definitely work with them on that project. They provide a wide array of high quality home repair and building services at fair and affordable prices. The doors don't lock at this point. I'm reading this could be because of the wood being warped. Probably not the companies fault. BUT!, Ace Leveling left holes that fill with water every 6 feet all the way around the house. Now, as you can understand, my 85 year old mother-in-law can't get out there and fill all these holes. I'm 60 and 12 hours away. I can't do it either. Why this company didn't complete the job I'll never know. In hindsight, Ace would not have been hired if it was known they would leave the mess. Ace House Leveling, LLC did excellent work on our house and it was a difficult job! Our house is a…read more130 year-old barge board Creole cottage that's raised but very close to the ground. The front original raised part of the house was mostly on the original delapidated piers whose footings weren't much wider than the piers and quite shallow and there's a recent two story addition to the back of the house that had been constructed on top of what had originally been a patio slab and woefully insufficient to bear the weight of the structure. Being ghosted by two other prominent shoring contractors after they scoped the job, Ace House Leveling came to the rescue. Nick, the company's co-owner, meticulously assessed the job and gave us a good low and high-end estimate and the final price stayed within. The crew of five guys worked diligently six days a week for three or four weeks, tunneling and demoing old peers, in the front and tunneling under and demoing cement slab in the back. they replaced old rotten sills and floor joists, excavated and poured cement into the new hefty reinforced footings, and set the new piers. Finally, they very skillfully and gently leveled the old house in a way that caused very little cosmetic damage to the walls. Crawling under the house once or twice to see this work in progress, I was blown away by the skill and fortitude of these guys to do this kind of hard, skillful work in such tight spaces. Now, not only do we have a house where we don't have to run a water hose during a drought to open the front door, but we can do some cosmetic work on the interior and exterior of the house that won't crack away and have to be redone each time the house settles a little bit one way or another. They claimed to have repaired my foundation under my living room floor by adding support under the stair case. the bump seemed to go away. But then a few months later, the bump returned. I tried contacting the company and couldn't for months, then I finally got spoke to Heidi McGovern and she said she would have someone named Shawn call me but he never did. I tried calling back and I get the message phone is not set up for voicemail. I did get through onetime to a voicemail and left one but no one has responded. The actual person that did the work was named Ryan. I wouldn't recommend this company to level my dog house. It's one thing to make a mistake but not to own it is even worse. This review process force me to choose at least 1 star but they don't deserve any stars.
