Came out for Game 1 of the playoffs to watch the San Antonio Spurs and overall, it was an awesome experience. The atmosphere inside the stadium was electric fans were into it, music was on point, and you could really feel that playoff energy. One of the biggest wins for me was the front row parking super clutch and made the whole night smoother. Drinks were solid (a little pricey, but expected at a game), and the restrooms were surprisingly clean considering how packed it was. On a personal note, I even connected with someone there that could turn into a great business opportunity, so that made the night even more worth it. Only downside was the service. It felt slow and a bit unorganized at times, especially when trying to get attention or place orders. Overall, great vibes, great crowd, and a memorable nighteven walked out with a win on my bet. I'd definitely come back, just hoping the service improves next time. read more

This venue does hold other events such as concerts, comedy shows, etc. The surrounding area is sketchy and industrial feels and is about 15 minutes away from downtown. Parking on-site varies and starts at $20 and up depending on the event. Traffic does get crazy but the police have it strategical planned well. Very organized! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Plenty of food options and the average stadium pricing. As far as viewing an event, there is a bad seat in the house for the view BUT as you go higher up, the stairs are pretty steep. read more

My first time at the Frost Bank Center and I will surely come back again. I have never been to see the San Antonio Spurs and we decided to catch a game. Coming from Austin, it was easy to get to the center. You must purchase your parking before you arrive, but having the parking pass on your phone makes it very simple. We picked parking right in front of the entrance and they are great about everything starting on time. They open the gates at 5:30 where you can go in and get a drink or snack. The entrance to the arena was at 6pm. We walked around the arena and they do offer a fair amount of food and drink to enjoy. We sat mid court and for my liking, a great view. I will say that I do not attend to many basketball games but it's a lot of fun whether you are a big fan or not. It seemed like every break there was some sort of entertainment going on the court and they time them perfectly so as not to delay the game. The people who work the arena are pleasant and helpful when trying to find your seat. When it came time to leave, it was quite simple with the people who were directing traffic and it's close enough to the highway. Really an amazing place to see a game and I am sure equally as great for any live event. We will no doubt return. read more

Last minute Spurs tickets are always fun! $15 for balcony seats. Parking $40 or they have a parking lot 9 for $25. If that's still too much there is a bunch of parking lots surrounding for $15. Once entering the stadium you can hear all the hype! Vendors all around selling all the refreshments and fan favorite snacks and meals! I opted for a Mexican hot dog from Burgerteca. 2nd floor near section 228. If you get lost or need to be pointed in the right direction, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The sound quality was pretty good, the visual effects were great and exciting, the organizers of the show did a pretty good work. Why 4 stars? Because the concourses here might be the coolest that I've seen. --- --- --- Frost Bank Center is the 5th NBA arena that I've visited in 2025, and easily #1 in terms of character. Two weeks earlier, I went to a game in Utah and could not believe how boring the concourses were. They reminded me of Severance with the shockingly high percentage of plain white that donned the walls. But here, it felt more like I was at a hipster art museum. Murals, Day of the Dead vibes, unique signage, food courts and so much more. They even had an outdoor area where there was a live band jamming out. And while the upper level was a bit less decked out, there was still plenty of stuff up there too. The amount of enticing food options here was so much higher than most sporting venues. 5-stars for all things concourse-related. My gripe comes from the seating. I'm not smart enough to explain why, but it feels like you are significantly more upright here. When people have to stand up in front of you, you're too easily blocked from seeing the court. And you feel like you are a million miles from the action when you're halfway up the 2nd deck. Contrast that with when I visited the United Center in Chicago earlier this year - I felt like I was right on top of the court, even though I was just a few rows lower there. Upright seating aside, San Antonio was my favorite arena to visit this year. I guess I'd just have to opt to be in one of the first few rows of the 200 section next time. read more

The Frost Bank Center is definitely going through a rebranding and there's some great things that have come from it. First of all, the now FBC kept a lot of the same food options and restaurants from their AT&T Center days. My absolute favorite is their TLC (Tender Love Chicken) which makes the crispiest fried chicken and fries you've ever had. Also the price is under $20 which is an absolute deal for stadium food. I also like that FBC partnered with USAA and they have a private entrance through the NE VIP section which is open to all USAA members and military members. Overall I think this stadium still has a lot of potential and they could do some improvements. read more

I'm a huge sports fan, especially NBA. It's tough for me as I live in Austin and we don't have a NBA Team. Luckily, San Antonio isn't too far away and they have the Spurs. So whenever I can, I take the drive to Frost Bank Center to watch the Spurs in action. The arena is decent and you can tell the fans are into it. You can feel the energy in the building. We were gifted some really awesome Spurs tickets and I was expecting everything to be way more chaotic than it actually was. Finding our parking gate was very easy, no confusion, and the lines to get into the parking were multi-lane and very fast moving. Once we parked and got into the lines for security, they too were set up very clearly for those with and without bags and those lines moved very quickly as well. Once we got inside they scanned our tickets and pointed us in the right direction. Everything is clearly marked and easy to find, and they have staff everywhere to help guide you if you get lost. The venue was very clean, even the bathrooms which had TONS of stalls so the wait there isn't long either! There are tons of bars and restaurants, including restaurants from some of San Antonio's most famous chef's! There is nothing they left out. We had a great time and I can't wait to go for another game or concert! read more

I want to say, one of the most fun things to do in San Antonio, is seeing the San Antonio Spurs play at the Frost Bank Center. The crowd really gets into the games and it really unites the city when they win. I have been lucky enough to be able to experience the suite life, and the atmosphere is very nice. The bathrooms are convenient and kept clean and the food isn't bad. The staff is very friendly. Especially in the fan shop. I was asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. It was a great experience. Of course, the food isn't good, but pricey. What I enjoy is having access to things we don't normally get to try. You have to check out a game at least once! read more

Went here for the Seventeen Right Here concert on 10/31/24 and 11/1/24. It's my first time being here, and in San Antonio. From what I have been told, the surrounding area is not the safest if wandering around at night after events. However, this arena is very easy to get to, the flow of traffic was a breeze. Pick up after the event can be hectic but they have a designated zone for ride share. I thought it would just be easier to meet your driver away from the pick up zone because the wait time was long. Facility wise, it's big, nice, and clean. A lot of food and beverage areas to purchase from. I would recommend whataburger. The prices are decent. They do have a rule though about no bottles at your seat. You have to pour it into a cup before hand. read more

Solid arena, prices are consistently reasonable and even the nosebleeds will provide a solid view. Lot of good food options that are reasonably priced relative to other NBA arenas. Would love if they had some exhibits on the team's history, but that's lacking for most NBA arenas I've been to Fan environment has been lacking a bit in the last few years, they bring it when wemby is playing but before they drafted him and when he's been out with injury the crowd is either quiet or dominated by opposing fans Parking situation is decent, reasonably priced and not too far of a walk if you go to the lot by the Coca Cola building. Definitely need to be careful as to where exactly you park in there, on more crowded nights when everyone leaves at the same time it can be tough getting out of there. I came here for my very first rodeo and to see Nelly perform afterwards. Both were fun to watch. It's a fairly big stadium so there's a lot to see. I must say that the food selection was good. I couldn't decide what to order, but finally got the wings and fries. I enjoyed the wings as it wasn't breaded. There's plenty of bathrooms throughout the place too. Stadium vendor locations were convenient as were the restrooms. The crowd was insanely loud. Gang was exciting. Concessions were expectedly overpriced so we only had popcorn. It's awesome to see the entire venue transformed for completely different events! For the rodeo, the back of the Frost Bank center has a full on live stock section, vendor/expo halls, a fair with tons of rides and games, food vendors (which btw is very pricey! ) eat at home before coming here lol Always a great time at the Frost! The center is lovely! It's large and has many amenities. The prices for food and drink are typical of stadium pricing. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Plenty of parking as well! I've been here for the rodeo and the Lauren Daigle concert, each time sitting in the upper balcony. While it's a nice large space, I'll say the seats are quite tight. I felt like I was going to fall over the edge trying to scoot past people getting to my seat. The aisle was like walking a tightrope!! And the seats themselves are small. I'm 5'9" and 155 pounds and I felt cramped like I was on a Spirit Airlines plane. Not fun!! Maybe the seats are better in the lower areas and not so steep (I legit was fearful of falling to my death), but the upper seating is cramped and a bit treacherous. read more

As a season ticket holder, I've really grown to ignore the experience of getting TO the AT&T Center. It is always love the experience once I'm inside. I now understand that I need to leave home which is about 6 miles from the AT&T center, 1 1/2 hours before tipoff, in order to get there and to my seat in time. This place is huge and spacious. I never feel crowded out my people sitting next to me. The food is always good. They have ushers in each section in case anyone needs assistance or directions. Went to Forest Bank Center to catch a Spurs game, and as a huge Wembanyama fan, it was a blast! The facilities were pretty great overall. The seats were a bit tight, but we made it work. The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed help finding our seats. As usual, the food was pricey, but at least each ticket came with a free hot dog. That was a nice touch, though one hot dog definitely wasn't enough, so we ended up ordering more food. The game was intense--went into overtime, and the Spurs finally pulled off the win! (From April, 2022) Another nba arena checked off the list. During my San Antonio trip, I scored tickets for the Spurs vs Trail Blazers game on the first day of April. As a basketball enthusiast, it was a given I would find a way to be at this game. Especially considering the Spurs history of consistent playoff appearances with some NBA championships sprinkled in. Sitting in section 109, I was a tad distance above the fray yet close enough to get a nice view of the court. I dig the theme that night with the retro orange, red, teal, black mixed logo. Fans are crazy about the Spurs, yet respectful. Only player I recognized was Dejuante Murray who didn't play that night sadly. Fortunately they were carried by players Jakob Poeltl, Josh Primo, Devin Vassell, and the bench who scored double digits. Testament to Coach Pop's philosophy and strategy to win. While the Spurs are going through a rough stretch, I'm impressed with how the team performed, specifically their passing and cutting; it's quite beautiful basketball. As for the stadium itself, access to the seats are easy; the seats however are a bit cramped so you may be uncomfortable if you're taller than 5'10. Concessions are affordable, more than other stadiums that I've been too. As for getting to the stadium, it can be a nightmare given the traffic patterns and location of the arena which is sort of in the middle of nowhere east of the city. I took an Uber here and the traffic was heavily congested confusing us on where I should be dropped off. I wound up leaving the game with a few minutes left in the 4th quarter so I wouldn't have to deal with that while exiting the arena; fortunately the game was already in the bag so I didn't miss anything dramatic. The Spurs will be back in contention soon. If the crowds were as hyped up when they're in a down year, imagine when they get good again. read more

This place needs to get its act together with customer service and helping older customers or handicapped customers. Not one outside restroom unless you want to walk all the way to Lot 5. That is pathetic, people arrive early to get a handicapped parking since they do not ever have enough. But you sacrifice being able to go to a bathroom. What is frost banks solution, put two port a cans way down by lot 5. In case you're wondering that is a 10 minute walk for me from lot 3. That's tough on a guy with a bad back and bad knees. My guess is frost banks center will just say for me to stay home next time. I might just do that. Pathetic read more

We've been here twice for a matinee concert and this last visit ....... Let's just say, heads should roll! Everything was fine until the concert was over. Then, some genius decided that they needed to empty the entire arena out through two doors. Evidently the reason was that the main entrance had to be closed so that folks attending the second concert later in the evening could begin lining up. Now that kinda makes sense BUT, as anyone with a lick of sense knows, you can't get new folks in until the previous group gets out. Anyway, if there'd been an emergency it would've been a disaster. They need to re-think the whole two-concert-in-the-same-day thing or separate them by a couple more hours at least. I know IF there's another concert scheduled as close in time as this was, I won't be paying to attend. read more

When it comes to service, most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will add that we went to a Spurs game on Veterans Day and unlike previous years there was really nothing to commemorate our military. I bought the parking online and paid the extra fees just to avoid the hassle and traffic. Entry is fairly easy with helpful smiling staff. All the food and drinks are expensive with long lines so I get in line before finding my seats. Once I find my section, it's a scary walk up small concrete steps that are so steep. Then add to that a jacket, purse, food, and a drink and it's a nightmare. But wait. There's more. Now you find your row and everyone has to stand up for you to pass. And you have to stand up to let others pass. Then, find your seat and squeeze yourself, your coat, purse, food and drink into the tiny seat only to have Mr. Big Elbow and spread legs next to you. Having caught Wemby fever, I decided to get tickets for the Spurs vs LA Fakers and wouldn't you know it, LeBron suddenly comes down with a mysterious injury to avoid playing on back-to-back nights...Boo! Anyways, not having been to a game in a few years, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the parking lot entry and exit system was a lot smother than in previous years. The security and ticket scan stops are required but moved along efficiently and the staff is still as friendly as I remember. Once inside, the food and drink options are much better than before. There something for all tastes and budget. Also, there are numerous places to purchase merch. Overall, I had a great experience as a patron and look forward to coming to another Spurs game or concert. The only gripe I would raise is about the width of the seats. First time in San Antonio, I got to watch my favorite NBA team the Golden State Warriors come from 18-points down and get the W against the Spurs! As for the stadium, I really enjoyed the experience here. We purchased our tickets on Ticketmaster and the ones we bought came with 2 beers per person (I've never experienced such a thing, but I'm here for it). When redeeming the beers, we showed our code, and you have to get both of your beers at the same time. The views from our seats were amazing, and the fans around us welcomed us Warriors fans with open arms. Like most professional teams, they have the 50/50 raffle which you can buy into, and somehow WE WON. Warriors win, raffle win, it was the best experience hands down. The one thing I noticed was that they had concession stands labeled 'Fan Favorites' which basically has all affordable items. $2.50 hot dogs, $2 popcorn, water, soda , $5 beers, something I'd never see in the Bay Area This is something all stadiums should implement, especially when factoring the cost just for tickets. Super family and budget friendly. Regular tall cans and seltzers were $8-10, great for stadium pricing. It's double at Chase Center Getting in and out of the stadium was a breeze. We parked in a lot across the stadium for only $10, which again is a steal compared to CA stadiums. read more

So, we've been here plenty of times, but never really had a great experience until now. We went to go see Alejandro Fernandez. Eric and Liz took bought our tickets. Since Eric is handicap, we had a scooter for him to move around. In the parking lot, the attendant showed us where to go, very helpful. We parked and unloaded his scooter. Once we got to the gate, we were directed to a side gate, then once inside we were directed to the service desk. From there, Eric left his scooter behind for a wheelchair and we were escorted to our seats. Once again, attendants super nice and polite. We got down to the our section. I've never been to this section before, wow, big difference. Dedicated bar and concession, table servers depending where you sat. Bathrooms super close. Stage was pretty close. Would love to see a game in this area. Ambience was super chill. Sound was great. Visuals were awesome. Crowd was awesome. Got to get to the bar quickly and back to my seat. Bartenders were super cool. Just an awesome experience in this level of the stadium. Once the show was over, we had to wait for a wheelchair for Eric, and the staff were super nice and not rushing us out. Very understanding. I am now willing to pay a little extra to get better seats to get a better experience here. Well worth it. read more
