PMD had never responded to the request for information!!! Now I am asked to pay for that days appointment when i should have had a credit on my account! Fast forward again to July 2025, I am scheduled for an appt on the 21st. This time I call the office prior to my appt and STILL no credit. My insurance paid them $227 which should now be a credit on my account. I am furious. I cancelled my appt and I will no longer do business with these people. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and TSBDE! Next, it will be small claims court. It is really stupid that I have to waste time on this! BEWARE! Make them verify services with the insurance. After reading other reviews it appears this deep cleaning is now a standard recommendation. Since I didn't agree to it they refused to do my normal cleaning.
