I always come here, its right near my house, they have an amazing selection and variety of flower, wax, pens, edibles. Really good rewards program and very good customer service. After trying about 10 other shops, Diego Pellicer is hands down the absolute best - by light years! Very classy decor, big beautiful wooden and glass cabinets showing off glass pieces and dab rigs from $20-$3000! Fantastic prices for really well trimmed and cured flower, various concentrates, edibles, and topical CBD stuff. I drive 25 minutes from the northern suburbs of Denver to go here. Bella, at Diego Pellicer really saved me a lot of trouble. I bought a faulty battery there is (not their brand.) Then the next one did not work on a brand it was supposed to. She was amazing and right about the 2nd battery. She said it was the vape pen. She got me another and it worked! I was so frustrated, so her believing me really helped.. Then she helped with all the displays I was interested in. Her attention was on me and what I personally needed. She went over prices and gave personal opinions. My budget was kept. The Budtenders, as they call themselves are helpful, kind and well versed (however have been here three times only.) Having it be professional makes me feel like Diego Pellicer will be option for this medication. Especially after an agent like Bella. In general this place is classy. They have tons of options and the ranges from low to high prices. So everyone has options. I feel so comfortable buying here. For some reason when I have come there seem to be a lot of out of town buyers, and they take s really long time. I understand though. It's worth the personal time though. Bella I am so,so sorry that this took so long,I lost your card, found it while cleaning, and then did it tonight.I am entering this deserved accounting multiple places. You are amazing and I will bring that other battery back. If you hadn't been so amazing, I might have just stayed with my local dispensary. Great product, friendly people, and killer deals -- what is not to love? Making it even better they display excellent work from local artists and the place is laid out beautifully -- no leaning over crowded counters trying to see what's there, but beautiful display cases filled with well-arranged product. Just came in for a $99 dollar oz, not even a half hour after getting the text message about it, and was told they were out and to come back tomorrow. I then procide to ask another employee about how that could happen when I just received the text, and he said they are waiting for the shipment. So what is it, are they out? or are they waiting on the shipment for their special they already advertised for. Might want to hold off on your text blast until you actually have the product. Or these guys are just so desperate for sales that they advertise for products they dont have to get you to come in. Either way I was not pleased at all with my experience today.
