Unfortunately, the Botox results have been ineffective. It honestly looks like I didn't receive any treatment at all, which is frustrating considering I've had Botox multiple times and know what to expect. Another concern was that the Nurse Practitioner was not physically present during my visit and was instead on the phone reviewing my medical information. I was never clearly informed about the credentials of the person who performed the injections, and there were no visible certifications in the office. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional and questionable. I was also surprised to be asked to leave a tip, which I've never experienced with medical aesthetic services before, which I also regret doing as a treatment was unsuccessful. Additionally, I was told over the phone that they participate in Alle, but upon arrival, I found out that they do not--this felt misleading. Overall, I regret spending my money here and would not recommend this location.

We truly cannot care for anyone else until we attend to our basic needs, like our health. Recently, I had some experiences that made me rethink and realize the fragility of one's health. I found this little clinic from word of mouth, Gabriel mentioned it to me. They have great hours, take my insurance, and have the best team. A caring team! My principal complaint when I made the initial appointment was for pain management relief from low iron levels. My hemoglobin levels were way below average, actual at 6. Yes 6! This is the reason for the pain in all four of my limbs. The low iron was causing irregular sleep patterns or no sleep, breathing issues, and a few other symptoms. But one needs "sleep," to survive. The doctor did blood tests, and offered the use of steroids to deal with the pain from low iron issues, so at least I could sleep. I was offered the chance to have a steroid shot and another pain medicine via my vein. These shots were reasonable at $50 each with payment taken at the time of service. It's been a little over a month that I've been able to make this office work for me. The staff is again very kind. While I've had to back off the shots while awaiting my first iron infusion the little bit of relief for the physical pain that comes with "low iron," was at least partially relieved due to the staff here and their recommendations for my health. We have but fleeting moments in life, during this phase and small moments of my life it was truly life changing. Just having someone that cared while awaiting the medical treatments was a god send to me . Pain is a mind numbing experience and really shakes an individual to their core . The staff and all their ability to care truly shows in their service to helping others that are in pain and need no matter what their condition or circumstances. If you live in this area and need immediate assistance for medical treatment and are awaiting something give a call . Dr Kellie said they aren't open and said they will let me know when they can open again.. This is highly un professional as I pre paid for my medication and now they aren't going to give me my medication because in the words of Dr Kellie they are having medical staff issues.. That's not my problem' as I pre paid for services that you aren't keeping! So ' since your causing me to have issues with my weight loss program and it's the 3rd time in several weeks' I'll be notifying the business license division for Nevada and suing you for services not rendered!
