From the start, Imara, the clinic's support services specialist gave me a warm greeting, and her supportive demeanor made me feel comfortable, both when I made my appointment and when I met her in person at the front desk. The intake process was straightforward and thorough, with questions designed to assess my overall health and fitness--not just my weight concerns and goals. Tiffany, my intake clinician, quickly and efficiently took my blood pressure, conducted basic diagnostics, and asked additional health-related questions before guiding me through a detailed Body Composition Analysis, including my Basal Metabolic Rate. She then briefly reviewed my results, offering helpful suggestions like increasing my exercise routine, drinking more water, and following the Genesis Lifestyle protocols, which focus on lean proteins and healthy fats. Next, I met with Eric, the nurse practitioner, who explained the clinic's team-based approach and outlined a sensible, realistic plan to help me achieve my weight loss and overall health goals. I appreciated how clear and practical his guidance was. Before leaving, Heather, the Practice Manager, checked in to ensure I was comfortable with the plan and answered any questions I had. I was also given the choice to come into the office for medication administration or attend a class to learn how to do home injections. They even offer supplements and Vitamin B6 and B12 options to support weight loss, which have reportedly helped other patients. Overall, the entire team made me feel supported and confident in the plan moving forward. Do not buy any package deals from them. My wife purchased the lifetime laser and Jess than a year into it, they told her they would no longer be offering it. E called and were told we would get a call back the next day. Two weeks later we had to call again. Once we spoke to Heather, she said that we would get a call back that day and it's been 3. They should do the right thing. I understand why they stopped doing it. Many appointments had to be moved or canceled because the machine was down. I had called on Monday to make an appointment with a provider. However, they told me that there was no availability for that day. One of the customer representatives suggested that I schedule an appointment for Wednesday instead, so I could see the provider. I arrived yesterday at around 4pm to get my shot and asked the associate about the provider. She went outside the room to check with the provider, but came back shortly after to inform me that he could not see me that day. When I asked why, she explained that they were going to close soon. I was disappointed as it had taken me 45 minutes to get there, only to be told that the provider could not see me because they were closing soon. I just started coming here recently. The staff is great. Heather, the clinic manager, is very personable. I felt comfortable with her right away. I came in for laser hair removal (which has been working SO great already) and then also decided to do a weight loss program as well since holidays were coming up and COVID has put some weight on me. Recently I purchased the Lipolean with B-12 injections from Group On. Today I went in and was told I couldn't use the Group On deal because I purchased a different B-12 injection deal two years ago without the Lipolean. However, this was a different deal it was Lipolean with B-12 not B-12 by itself. In the past I added ALA to the B-12 so I was spending extra money with them. Now I am trying to get my money back from the Group On I purchased but it won't let me cancel the deal and they suggested I buy a package. What a waste of time I spent coming here. They should have told me on the phone before I wasted my time. Very disappointed. I can just buy a vile online and do it myself but I liked how they already had it mixed together so I thought I'd try it but supposedly if you've used any type of group on in the past you cannot do another one even though it's a different deal they want you to buy the package period. read more

They use a compounding pharmacy to mix the tirzepatide, active ingredient in Lilly's, Mounjaro. Definately not the same product as LILLY's Mounjaro Pre-filled pen. It had absolutely no effect on my appetite and made me feel unwell when I injected it. Scam! read more

Extremely horrible appointment system. Very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I also had an appointment set and never got a reminder for the appointment until the day and time of the appointment. I tried calling numerous times and could not get ahold of anyone. I finally I went in today and was told that my package expired and I would need to purchase another one. I went to Genesis to see if I was a candidate for stem cell therapy. I met with the Doctor and he spent a great deal of time with me. I did not feel rushed or that I was bothering him. In the end he explained that I did not need stem cell. I felt he was honest and had my best interest at heart. While there I did inquire about the weight loss program and was immediately sold.
