Came here because I had a Groupon and I had no idea what I purchased lol I just was like whatever I want to try need things. So I purchased a cryotherapy. No idea what it was at the moment. Called schedule a time and date to go in. Asked how long it would take they said 4 minutes and explain that the box goes -230 && let me tell you I freaked out! I hate the cold!!!! So I was like what did I get myself into! I came into the facility the receptionist greeted me showed me around explained the process. Told me what I needed to do and told me I had to wear gloves, headband socks with slippers and mouth cover and told me to take off all jewelry that will not be covered. They provided slippers and it's all different kind of slippers too. So cute! So then she stated there is a box -where you start off from before you go into the main box - that is like a warm up. You can move back and forth from the boxes, if you like. So once your 4 minutes is up the box flashes. Before I left I was curious on what else they had, because let me tell you after I got out the frozen box I felt so energized! Amazing !! I lovedddd it! I Will continue doing the cryotherapy especially if my body hurts and I would like a boost of energy. But anyways they have a lot of other things. But I did purchase an infrared jade sauna session which I'm excited for ! I will keep y'all in the loop once I complete it! To see if it's worth it! This place is extremely rejuvenating! I was assisted by the manager Vanessa. She was amazing and friendly. She showed me a few of the different services they offer. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the cedar sauna, the red light therapy and of course the cryotherapy chamber. They have a price point of all items on the front counter and it also breaks down specific services by price or if you want to do a monthly membership. The facility was clean and I was offered water before my service started. I chose to do the Jade sauna and it was amazing! You can raise the red light to its highest point or lower it accordingly. The temperature started off low and got really hot during my session. My session was about 40 minutes and it was more than enough time. Very tolerable and they put towels over the jade stones so obviously it won't burn you. I lasted the whole time and when I was done, I felt very relaxed and absolutely rejuvenated! I LOVE IT HERE! Vanessa and Liz are rockstars and know their shit. Place is clean and they have a lot of hyperbaric chambers so I never had an issue when trying to get in. I discovered on my second visit that you can use the hypervibe and roller machines free when you come in. I have a vibration plate at home. This is SO much stronger. So once I discovered that I did it every time. I also tried the red light bed. Relaxing. I had what felt like a bakers cyst coming in my right leg (had one in my left for years) did 5 visits and haven't felt it since! I'll be here every time I'm in town. I tell myself I'm gonna so cryo again. Maybe when the summer starts. It's too cold! I love this place and the staff made it for me! Only thing I would say is I wish their hours were expanded. Have you ever thought of doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy? Me either! I recently fell into rocks due to my clumsiness and a few margaritas, ha. Hurts like heck. Anyhow, my leg has a gash on it and my friend who works next door- Dr. Norman (chiropractor), Katherine said I should try it. I'm so happy I did. The treatment was 60 minutes and so relaxing. I watched my show and relaxed. I'm scheduling another appointment for this weekend. I hope to go a few times to help my leg heal and just have some me time!! Came here on Monday after buying a groupon for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The employees were very sweet and helpful in explaining what to expect before sticking me inside the oxygen chamber. It feels like you're in an airplane as a child. I remember flying as a kid with horrible ear pain from the pressure. The employees give gum to chew and plugs for your ears which help a lot with the discomfort. And once you are in there for a while adjusting to the atmospheric pressure change, it does get easier. After the first ten minutes, it definitely got a lot more bearable. As far as the therapy, I didn't feel much different after the hour session was up. But I'm assuming it takes many sessions to feel a difference physically. I do have two more sessions on the Groupon so we shall see if anything changes, but that likely won't be enough still. At the end of the day, this was something new and interesting to try. If you decide to give it a go, make sure and wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off as there isn't much room to comfortably do so! read more

I was initially apprehensive about cryotherapy, as I HATE, absolutely DETEST, being cold, but Frost Fit made me a believer! I visited Frost Fit with one of my co workers, who wanted to try it, and somehow I got talked into doing it as well. The Frost Fit staff, namely Gloria and Kathryn, are super friendly, and gave us an extensive tour and described the process. It actually was a lot less scary than I anticipated. The facility is clean and inviting, which was a plus for me. They provide shorts, socks, gloves, robe, headband, and super cute fuzzy slippers (I chose the unicorn ones). I went in on the intermediate session for 2.5 minutes. It wasn't bad at all! Yes, it's cold, but it isn't miserable. They pipe music into the chamber, and there is a counter, so you can see exactly how much longer you have. Just keep moving! I felt great afterwards, and the next morning noticed that a lot of my soreness from working out was drastically reduced. I didn't expect it to work, but Frost Fit sold me! This is my second time here, both for cryo treatment. The first time, we used the big chamber at minus 220 degrees for 2 minutes. That was the intermediate level of use. The next time we go in it will be for the full 3 minutes. Today, we each had localized treatments. How perfect for dealing with troubled spots. I had the lower back and knee done. Everyone here is super nice. The place is clean. They are the only one in town that has a full body cryo machine. They have an unlimited plan that cost $199 that includes all of their services excluding cryo. You have to pay an additional fee for that. They have a blue and red light therapy machine. The blue is supposed to help with acne and the red, it does tons. You'll have to go online and see what the benefits are. I am doing a show in a month and I want to see what it does to my stretch marks and loose skin from having babies. read more

I really hate writing a bad review because I want to like this place. They are the only place in town that has a full body cryotherapy chamber and mixing it with an infrared sauna is magical. However I live downtown Las Vegas so getting to it is not all that convenient and they are only open from 9-7. I had been here in the past a couple years ago and recently decided to visit again. I also brought them in a new guest with me. They were nice enough to give me the package mix 5 in 7 days for 100 dollars they usually offer new clients since I had not been there in a while. They showed me around to some of the new things they had and After we got ready for our cryotherapy. It's a good thing I am not that modest because you basically change in front of everyone who comes through the door with the short curtain they have that doesn't even kind of pull shut all the way. But if you want privacy, Forget it. As I stated above I don't live exactly close and they close at 7. I asked the girl the day before to make an appointment for today for cryotherapy and she said if I wasn't doing the sauna to just walk In Whenever. So today I drove all the way across town through traffic and made it at exactly 6:44. I open the door and said I would like to do chryo please. The girl looked at me and said I wish you would of called. We already shut it off for today. Ummmm this is why I wanted to make an appointment. "How am I to know you shut things down before closing," I thought to myself. I was in shock as this is my last day to use my services for that package and drove out of my way just to get told this and in a not very friendly way. As you can see in the picture below is the time I left the place. They should just say they are closing at 6:45 if they are going to shut everything down early and or just let me make the appointment instead of saying I can walk in whenever. I was super bummed. I get a call saying they will be closed for construction for 4 to 6 weeks and that all membership is on hold. I understand that things happen but I had questions about my recent renewal that I can't use and it is setup for monthly charges. I have called multiple times, 2 emails, and unable to leave voicemail because it is full. To have no one to answer questions and concerns is appalling. I visited this establishment for my first cryotherapy session. I made it perfectly clear to the staff member that I had no previous experience with cryotherapy. She explained that 'IF' I wanted to wear socks, slippers, and/or gloves they are provided. Given it was my first experience, I had no idea that it is imperative that you cover the bottoms of your feet. I now have painful frostbite making it difficult to walk for several days. First time at Frost Fit & it won't be my last! I had a session of localized cryotherapy done on my neck/upper back due to the arthritis in my spine. The technician Gloria was super sweet and informative. The process wasn't long at all and there was no wait time when I walked in for my appointment. I definitely felt a lot of pain relief that lasted basically all day long. The range of motion in my neck was better as well. I will definitely be back for the cryotherapy and I really want to try their infrared sauna! Dr Norman and his team are amazing! The entire group at Frost Fit is so caring, compassionate, and accommodating of all of their patients. Cause I have undergone several different types of treatment there, the environment is laid-back, fun, with a level of personalized care I have not found anywhere else in the Vegas Valley. Extra little touches like a selection of two dozen three fuzzy slippers to wear in the cryo- chamber make the experience completely fine and remove any potential fear factor from the treatments. I'm an honest reviewer of businesses, so I let myself cool down for a few days after an awful customer service interaction I had with Frost Fit. If you would have asked me a few weeks ago what I had thought, I would have probably said 5 stars due to the outstanding cryotherapy chamber they have. That thought aside, I had purchased a session online through Groupon and drove all the way from Summerlin to this location after spending $30 on the session. I arrived and apparently I had used a groupon session in the past which I do not even remember buying since I am certain I paid full price in store for my past treatments. There was no statement of this before I came in after driving 30+ minutes and spending my afternoon thinking I was going to do a cryo for all its benefits since I was super inflamed, exhausted, anxious, etc. The girl at the front informed me that you can only use a Groupon every 180 days and they could not refund me or anything although I had already paid. Knowing she was not the owner, I tried to remain calm (although annoyed already) and simply asked if I could pay the remainder in store so I could use my session and not waste an hour of my day driving from home to there and back with no cryo. She went and asked the owner and came back with essentially "NO." Seriously? What kind of customer service is that? I already paid the amount online and offered to simply pay the difference for what they would charge in house instead of online and they still refused. I have NEVER heard of customer service like this. That's not me trying to get a deal, be cheap, etc. bc I know cryo is quite an expense for both the business and all around, however they don't even use liquid nitrogen so there's no way it could be as much. Anyway, thoroughly disappointed, and while I even contemplated writing this review, it's in hopes of helping someone else not make the same mistake I did. I really would have loved to write a 5-star review, but until this situation is handled with proper hospitality by the owners, this is the honest and appropriate review for Frost Fit's customer service and policies. Went here n the machine caught on fire the worst experience of my life will not go back They replied saying they try to tell the employees how to educate the customers on how to use the machines when it was the worker who placed the towel on the machine she put it on the handle of the machine it wasn't my fault it fell on the light u need to educate your employees not the customer and it was fortunate that I took situations under control or your worker would have never put the fire out and your bussiness would have burned down I'm the one that got burn marks and could have taken legal action but that's just not me n I had to fight all these months to get my money back and the nerve to even say we have taken action on educating customers how to use sweat towels everyone knows how to use a sweat towel but your worker was the one who placed it on the machine on the handles which I didn't even noticed them there because I was never told they were there and when u put the goggles on u can't even see them ,I would never return for any other service u offer who knows what would happen! read more

I loved this place! I normally go next door to spine and disc so I was recommended to try this place out. I was a little scared to try the cryochamber since I get cold very easily but they provided me with all the protective gear I needed (including the cutest chewbaca slippers that made noise when you walked).
