There are spice level ranges from one to five. If you like a little bit of spice, I recommend the level three spice for both flavor and a small kick. I've never had any problem with the service, they've always been friendly and get the items out fast. I always like seeing how they decorate the store depending onthe season or holiday. They are incredibly solid. Tender chicken with that lovely salt/pepper flavoring. If you are with someone else make them get their own. The takoyaki is pretty good.
