A literal hole in the wall in downtown Corvallis, but serving incredible coffee for very reasonable prices. I haven't had a chance to try any of the food items, but you better believe that I will be coming back for a shaved ice when the summer heat kicks in. Owner Dillon is incredibly friendly, the service is fast, and satisfies my caffeine need. I've had the ice coffee, the cortado, and the latte and highly recommend any of the drinks depending on your mood and the weather. Better believe that this will be one of my go to coffee places in the area. read more

I LOVE KELLS COFFEE!!!! my boyfriend ordered the shoyu poke again and it was delicious and great price. The coffee is the best i've tried in Corvallis so far and I LOVE coffee. I'm so happy to have stumbled onto Kell's Coffee. Great "On The Go" place. You order and get your coffee from a window. Theres no shop to go into, which give this place such a fun vibe. The smell of coffee coming from the window was enough to put me in a trance. The strength of the coffee was perfect and probably good with nothing added. Then I found out the owner, Dillon, graduated from OSU. Although that's normal around here, I'm so happy to see someone run a one-person shop. We are so lucky we stumbled upon this place. Corvallis is understandably a ghost town these days but thankfully this gem was open for a much needed caffeine fix. We aren't the fanciest coffee connoisseurs but the vanilla lattes that we had were absolutely delicious and a perfect start to our morning. These days it's easy to just grab and go without ever having said a word to your barista but our experience at Kell's Coffee was engaging, warm and overall an awesome first taste at Corvallis. I love going to kell's koffee because they have unique flavors lots of options for the lattes and such. Recently, I have been obsessed with getting the peppermint bark latte. Also Dillon is just great at recommending drinks. The last time I went (yesterday) he recommended the pistachio latte with the spices on top, very good! I also just always do a pre-order of either the spam masubis or poke. I loveeeeee that they do poke here its so exciting to get a taste of it here in corvallis. I also like that they always add good toppings to it. Their spam masubi is just a good ol' spam masubi but I still get it because its just sooo good. Definitely give this place a try! read more

Kell's Koffee is one of my favorite spots in Corvallis! It is a little walk-up window on 2nd Ave. downtown. Dillion the owner does a fantastic job at offering many flavors and food items that are hard to find around town. My favorite latte is the miso caramel latte with oat milk (Kell's has great dairy free milk options), try it out if you like a sweet and salty combo. I personally think it is better hot so I would recommend it that way. I also regularly go to Kell's during the summer for the shaved ice, which is a great amount of shaved ice for the price with creative flavors and toppings. Lastly the poke that is offered is fantastic. It is hard to get good poke in this town, so I am so glad that Kell's fills that void. My only complaint would be that I can only get poke on Saturdays, but I understand why. Most of the time it is just Dillion and sometimes one other person working at the window doing all the work and it is impressive how much he is able to do on a daily basis while staying in such an amazing mood. I also want to take a moment to comment on the personable service that Dillion gives to every customer is truly amazing, he always wants to get you exactly what you want and makes great conversation while making you your order. Once I even took my sister here when she was visiting from out of town for her birthday and Dillion gave her a free mochi ice cream, which was also delicious. So stop by Kell's Koffee next time your downtown at the farmers market, need nice cool treat on a hot day, or just simply an afternoon pick-me-up both physically and mentally! read more

Came here when visiting friends to try the poke he sells on Saturdays and was absolutely not disappointed. It was interesting that you have to order days ahead since this is obviously a coffee place that unexpectedly sells poke one day a week. The poke was amazing and I'm glad my friends knew about this so I could try it out! Dylan seemed like an incredibly nice human and talked with all of his customers as though he knew them personally, which he might, but it was really refreshing. The one lost star is just because I didn't try any of his coffee mostly because I was scared of all the butter and ghee that was in the specialty coffees but I didn't try them so don't let me be the judge! read more

Truly a hidden gem of Corvallis! Kell was not only brave enough to open his coffee shop during the first year of the pandemic, he's headed out of the ballpark, truly! I started getting coffee from him (nothing fancy, just my usual large latte) when he first opened, and I have to say his nimble abilities to make drinks blew me out of the water immediately! Now I grew up in Italy, so I know good espresso, with American versions is that the espresso drinks always have this slightly bitter edge to them, not the deep, smooth, slightly sweet version of espresso that Italians use that I grew up enjoying so much.. kell's espresso is the closest thing to the Italian version that I've come across in my 35 years of living in the United states, Coast to coast! Not only that, but with his Hawaiian heritage fully kicking in (another place I had the pleasure of living for several years), he also offers up amazing real Hawaiian shave ice, and poke (Saturdays only, so get there early before he sells out!). There's a reason he's been my go-to guy ever since he opened, and to be truly honest it's not even just the amazing drink menu.. his customer service skills are out of this world, he's so likeable and easy going, that you easily get sucked into a conversation with him the literally lasts until the next customer comes up behind you and you have to give up your spot to someone else:) If I have only one criticism, it said he needs to hire more employees, so he can be open 7 days a week! He's a one-man show, and he's truly a gem in the neighborhood, and worthy of stopping by and getting a drink from!
