This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops I've visited while on vacation. I'm from…read moreSeattle, so I've definitely had my fair share of great coffee spots, and this place absolutely compares. The shop has a beautiful river view and also offers really cute boutique-style gift items for purchase, which added to the overall charm. I came here twice a day during my trip, and every afternoon I treated myself to an iced mocha and they honestly have the best iced mocha I've ever had from a coffee shop. To top it all off, they make their own homemade whipped cream, which was amazing. I only had a couple minor issues during my visits. One time, the barista seemed a little distracted and left the espresso shot sitting on top of the milk a bit too long, so it tasted slightly burnt. It was still enjoyable though. Another small thing was that one of the employees who rang me up a few times wasn't especially friendly. Neither issue was enough to dock any stars because overall this place was wonderful. The coffee, atmosphere, and view made it one of the highlights of my trip and honestly one of the reasons I don't want to leave!

I heard that the mochas were great and so I got a snickers mocha with oat milk- it was good and had the perfect amount of sweetness. There was a small line but it was bustling inside.

The cinnamon roll was amazing. Next time though, I'll either ask for half the topping or none. The dough of the roll is enough!

It's pretty small inside and definitely has an antique shop feel. There's lots of different styles and things around. There are a few small tables scattered throughout. The lady at the front was very kind and happy to walk us through their options. They have one small case that's mostly savory and one small case that's sweets with a tiny truffle case on the counter. I think the move here is the cinnamon roll, but when we arrived they were still baking, which meant it smelled delightful, but were weren't able to try one. We ended up trying the breakfast muffin, which was really unique. It's a muffin with cheese and spinach baked in, along with an entire strip of bacon just under the surface, and an entire egg baked in the middle. It was good, but I'm not sure I would order it again. I'm not usually a scone fan, I prefer a muffin, but their scones looked good. We tried the blueberry lemon and the cranberry orange. They were both really flavorful with a good texture, not super dry. The blueberry edged out the cranberry for me because the blueberries were fresh, whereas the cranberry were dried. This is a cute small shop, clearly making everything from scratch with passion. I'd stop back in for a cinnamon roll for sure!
