This is such a fun and unique spot to visit during the Christmas season. The entire place is fully decorated with lights, ornaments, and themed decor, which really sets the mood. There are two floors, the main level when you enter and a rooftop level, with bars on both floors. All of their seasonal drinks look interesting. I tried one of the cinnamon drinks, I can't remember the name, but it reminded me a lot of horchata. One thing to watch out for is parking. There are people outside in yellow jackets pretending to be parking attendants, but the only legit options are the valet right out front or the parking lot with a self-pay kiosk. The ambiance was great overall, but it does get pretty busy after around 7pm.

Drinks 10/10!! Absolutely loved them they were flavourful cocktails and strong. I even tried the Christmas cookie shot. The service was great, even with them being packed! 3 bars as they said and 2 floors. We were able to stay for about 2 hours once we were in. There is free street parking but if you park anywhere valet ($40) or inside a parking lot you will have to pay (unsure of price) there was a long line but it goes by pretty quick. There is an option to purchase tickets at the door and drinks inside but overall it's cheaper to do everything online. I got the 3 drink package online only spent about $60 including entry and it was $12 for a shot and $15 for a drink within the bar. Great diverse music selections as well. This was a great and unforgettable Christmas experience will be back next year.

Frosty's Christmas Bar does not disappoint! They always go over the top on the entire ambiance and decor! I mean this is just a sneak peek glimpse of the 2nd floor, which by the way, has a beautiful view of Htown's skyline. Drinks are well mixed and reasonable priced. The best part of this is the music and the pretty venue!! Come check them out! Chow Chow Time!

Frosty's Christmas Bar is a great way to celebrate the holiday season with a group. The main draw is the decor. The 1st floor is decked out and photo ready. Upstairs is a nice outdoor patio. If you plan on getting a drink or 2 I'd recommend pre-purchasing drink tickets with your entrance. The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were pretty good as well. We came fairly early, around 3pm, and kids are allowed inside until a certain time. All in all it's a fun way to get into the Christmas spirit and take a bunch of pics and videos for posting

Frosty's Pop-Up Holiday Bar is definitely a spot for photos. The decorations are incredible--completely thought out and over-the-top in the best way. We visited on the Friday night before Christmas, and it was packed. Luckily, we had reserved tickets online, so we only waited in the line outside for about five minutes. I was excited to try the drinks, but they turned out to be pretty inconsistent. My friends and I ordered the same drink three times, and each drink came out differently. I had to ask for cinnamon on mine, while my friend's drink came with whipped cream--which I wish I'd gotten, too. Unfortunately, there was a lack of seating. Since it was so crowded, there wasn't much space to relax, and for the ticket price, I expected to stay longer than we did. The music and atmosphere were fun, but we ended up leaving after a little while to grab drinks elsewhere. That said, if you're looking to be immersed into the Christmas spirit, Frosty's is worth it for the vibe and decorations alone. Just don't come expecting top-tier drinks, food, or a comfortable place to hang out for hours.

I heard it is the biggest Christmas pop up bar in Houston so I had to check it out. I agree it's the biggest and also the prettiest one that I've visited so far. There are plenty of photo opportunities, walls of them along with Christmas decorations lined up throughout the ceilings and stairs. I love the huge dangling ornaments and staff dressed in Xmas costumes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with photos. The drinks are good, not too pricey. My complaint is the lack of special holiday drinks as there are only four on the menu. Additionally, they're served in plain plastic cups, nothing fancy. There is a cover charge to enter but you can purchase your ticket in advance online at their website. There is an upstairs and downstairs bar, along with rooftop lounge area. The restrooms were clean during my visit on 12/1/24. The parking is rough in this area, has small parking lot attached to the building for $20. Otherwise, look for street parking and pay attention to the parking signs.

This is the most decked out Christmas bar I have ever been to in my LIFE! They went above and beyond with the decor and there are so many cute photo opportunities!! Loved that part! No food there fyi, drinks are fairly decent but way overpriced. I don't like that it was like a club in there though! Like a Christmas rave! Was not expecting that but wanted more of a cocktail bar experience not a rave festival. If your into raves and clubs u will love it. If not, I would still say go for a drink and take pictures and then leave like I did :)

My friends and I visited Frosty's on Christmas Eve. There was parking available on the street and a parking lot. Staff wasn't amazing but they weren't awful either. Drinks were also standard pricing for going out at a bar. The decor was really nice! Super festive and lots of opportunity for photo ops. It was two floors with booth and table seating. One thing though was that we did not realize on Christmas Eve they closed at 8pm and we only had an hour to enjoy everything. I probably wouldn't come back, but it was nice to come for one time for the Christmas spirit and photo ops.

My husband and I came here and we were so excited. After spending 85 dollars on two tickets that included drinks we were hoping it would be worth it. We sat at the first bar on the first floor, and looked at the bartender, Sarina for awhile , trying to get her attention and noticed she acknowledged and served two groups of white guests and not once looked up at us. I finally addressed her and told her we had been waiting and came before the group she was about to take an order from and she stated she was going to continue to serve them. I found a manager who apologized and gave us free drink tickets; however experiencing racism cannot be compensated. It made us extremely uncomfortable . Please BEWARE of this bartender and also know this bar is extremely expensive . you're paying for the esthetics which could be possibly matched by going to hobby lobby for free. Most of the specialty drinks are disgusting and those are the drinks that are covered by your drink ticket .

The best at Frosty's Christmas Bar is the decor. It is so nicely set up, many area to take pictures for Christmas. Going early we didn't have to stand in line and we were greeted so kindly. If you go be ready to spend money. Valet Parking - $30. When we left we had to walk to our car, to exit the parking lot. Usually valet parking, the will park your car and bring it to you whrn you leave. They don't do that here. Enter - $25. We went around 3pm and paid for entrance without standing in line. Bar - $21 for the eggnog cocktail I got. It was not what I expected. I thought it was a bar for adults to party. There were children and bartender said children can come until a certain time, then it will be only open to adults. The rooftop patio is a great place to sit, drink, and chill.

Get in the holiday spirit with the most decorated bar in town! From Christmas trees and beautiful or displays to elves on a pole . When you select your ticket you choose how many drinks you'd like. Add one such as light up necklaces, Christmas hats and shots are available as well. Theyre about 8 drinks to choose from. A bar on each floor with a terrace on the second floor. Sections are also available!! Suggestions The sexy Santa was our fav drink Go early because line gets long after 8pm Either eat before or plan to after

My husband ran across this pop up bar and we had to check it out! It's located in EaDo so expect there to be limited free parking. From the moment we stepped around the corner of the building, it was magical! They definitely took the time to careful craft all the photo ops and decor, even down to elves hanging from the bar ceiling. We were definitely surprised to see an outdoor area in the upstairs portion. However, if you're easily overstimulated, this place might not be for you because there is A LOT going on. I do wish they had more than 4 holiday themed drink options but the Sexy Santa, Naughty & Spice Marg, & Reindeer Mule were pretty good. I also hope they secured the step leading up to the chair photo op area because it wasn't when we went and it tilted/flipped when my husband stepped down causing him to fall.

Kicking off the holiday season with this Christmas bar pop up in East Downtown. Right across feom the Truckyard. You can't miss the Texas size candy canes and lights. Just as advertised. They have beautiful decor with many photo spots. Come see buddy the elf and Santa. Enjoy a drink, catch a groove from the DJ or enjoy the cool air on the rooftop. They even played holiday movies. They decked the hell out of these halls! 2 stories of Christmas cheer. They played a mix of Christmas music and current songs. The drinks were a nice touch. My ticket came with 2 drinks 1 shot a light up necklace and a Santa hat! If you're not a mint person steer clear of the jingle shot! I truly enjoyed myself . If you love this time of year like me come check this place out and be immersed in the holiday spirit. Parking $20 valet Plenty of seating Plenty of vibes Plenty of Christmas nostalgia. Only thing I'm sad about is missing Friday when they had Santa cups!

My experiences at nickel city have always been around the time they have the Christmas bar (which…read moreis great!!!!) but I finally made it over to enjoy their regular bar vibes. We came a couple weeks ago during the World Cup and it was the perfect reprieve from all the fan fest craziness. They had a projector on so you could still watch the game but it was much calmer and quieter here. The drinks are super reasonable and the food is typical bar food but honestly really good! The loaded fries are my go to. Overall I really enjoy this bar and will be keeping it in mind for future times when maybe other bars in EADO are a little too crazy.

a good time. yes, i…read moream a bougie girl and love bougie girl activities, but there is just a different vibe about dive bars that i appreciate. in my opinion, nickel city is dive bar inspired, but not a classic dive bar. and i would measure an authentic dive bar based on two criteria: having menus and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. nickel city is clean and has menus, lol. there drinks are great, but i would be remised if i didn't encourage you to get the tater tots.. because when is the last time you ordered tots?!? and remember... get your own tots!!!! gosh. service is straightforward, no problems. no complaints. the layout is spacious and there is a lot of seating. this place also has high editorial value, and be an excellent place to snap pics. enjoy yourself and drink responsibly c.
