I scream , you scream ! We are all running here for ice cream !!! I'm so glad we discovered Frozen Cow on our Sunday date drive to winter garden. The shop is so cute , brings back childhood nostalgia full of candy , ice cream and toppings galore . I love that they have a tv with a movie playing and also great music playing ! The inside seating areas is spacious and there is also outside seating. I ordered the watermelon sorbet and orange creamsicle in a 3 scoop cup and just wow ! It was nostalgia . The watermelon sorbet was refreshing and like eating a juicy watermelon or jolly rancher. This by far is the best ice cream shop in central Florida ! This little ice cream shop has been here for over seven years and gets their ice cream locally made in the central Florida area. It's very inviting and has a very family oriented atmosphere with ice cream cookies, pastries, and candy. There is plenty of indoor seating; we actually discovered this place when we went to another ice cream shop that didn't have any indoor seating and just a few spots outdoors. In a small shopping center, this place is super cute inside. The ice cream is made for them specifically with Florida dairy cow milk, which I found really cool. There were SO many flavors. Flavors for 21 and up, kids, dairy-free, health conscious, etc. I love "different" flavors, so I chose guava cheesecake. It was really good and didn't have that fake guava taste that some foods have. My boyfriend tried the 21&up rum raisin. Some rum raisins are too strong, but this one was probably the best I've ever tried- I hope to get it next time! As he was assisting other customers ahead of us, it gave us an opportunity to check out the menu. They had a very good selection of ice creams, and not your run of the mill chocolate and vanilla. I quickly noticed the Club 21 items, which left me intrigued. When it was or turn my mom tasted a few flavors before deciding on Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl. Found this hidden gem in our new neighborhood and I'm already planning to return! Nestled in a small shopping center is Frozen Cow Ice Cream. They had 2 huge ice cream freezers filled with tons of different flavors. The man working was very kind and knowledgeable in each flavor and helped us pick our choices. He even was so kind to help my niece practice her math when it came to giving us change! (It's the small things) I ordered midnight chocolate; it's a dark chocolate with fudge and omg. So rich but not overly "chocolatey" as I'd say. My husband had a mix of banana cream pie and butter scotch and enjoyed them both! We both got our scoops on a waffle cone bowl that was both perfectly crispy but also able to eat with the ice cream. Definite A+ all around. Can't wait to return. read more

They have a ton of great and interesting flavors - to include boozy flavors for 21 and up. The staff was super friendly and attentive while we were there. The kids ate a Superman flavor ice cream (vanilla, but with lots of colors), hubby had rum raisin, and I had Kahula coffee. They let us order kids size cups which is great for me since I don't hardly ever finish a small. It was the perfect size and I enjoyed the entire cup (so did the kids and hubby). You can tell that they have been quite successful because this place was awesome. We came in one weekday night and it was slow, literally like 45min before closing. It's very clean and bright. The cashier was very patient and helpful as we sampled different flavors. I think that's what stood out to me about this place was there variety of different flavors. They even offered a 21+ section of alcohol induced flavors. I was torn between the fish-hawks dream and bourbon pecan. Finally I settled on the bourbon pecan and I was satisfied. I got a single scoop waffle cone and in my mind I didn't think it would be much but surprisingly it was perfect. They make the waffle cones fresh in the mornings. The cookies and brownies used in the sundaes are not made here but the cashier assured me that they still taste great. My husband ordered a single scoop Georgia peach in a waffle cone and it was amazing. It even had real frozen peach chunks. There is truly something for every flavor craver here.
