The restaurant has a great decor. Menu is limited but what they do have is usually really tasty. We have tried the different toasts they have which have all been delicious. Acai bowls are also great. I have tried both iced and hot coffees as well as matcha. They are solid but nothing too stand out in terms of drinks. Staff is always friendly and it's a nice place to meet up, usually adequate seating whenever we have been there. Would definitely recommend. The only reason it did not get five stars is the somewhat limited menu. read more

Ordered the BrEGGY X Sammy Local Buns + 2 Farm Eggys + White Cheddar + Avocado + Pesto+ Pink Salt The "local bun" was a version of a common white blah hamburger roll. Toasting was not an option, or it was not offered. The "Sammy" did not taste good because the eggs had bits of shell, the avocado was very soft, and the pesto made the roll soggy. Did not taste the salt, and pepper would have improved the flavor. Ate only half. I love this place. The decor, the staff, and the matcha. I elected to order it plain--matcha and almond milk. I added a little sweetener myself, like 1/2 a packet, and it was perfect. Healthy options just off of Latham Circle. I ordered " the works" smoothie bowl. It is a combination of acai, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and banana, topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, crunchy granola, banana slices, coconut, and peanut butter. It was really good but I'm sorry, it was gone before I remembered to take a photo. The store is cozy and welcoming with plenty of seating. I don't know that everything on the menu is vegan friendly, but this bowl was. The door says, "made with love & plants". The menu includes whole milk, feta, eggs, pesto which often includes diary parmesan cheese, and honey which seems to always be a debated item. Down the street at Bare Blends, all items are vegan friendly including sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches, grain bowls, and salads. While Fruit Loop may wish to continue to have these diary and meat items on the menu, I think a plant-based versions like JUST egg or tofu would be a welcome substitute for those wishing to keep their entire order truly plant powered. Other items available include juices, drinks, coffee, teas, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and toasts. My Berries smoothie was good. The service was nice and helpful. The ambience is great, the front lady also helped me pick out recess mood sparkling water. As someone who LOVES playa bowls and gets them every chance I get if I'm visiting an area with the chain available, this place definitely held its own in comparison. The bowl was very filling and delicious and affordable for the amount they put in it. My strawberry matcha was underwhelming and I'd probably try a different drink next time I visit but I will definitely be back to try other bowls on the menu. If you love playa bowl or never had this type of spot definitely give this place a shot because it's well worth the visit! read more

I ordered a Butter Me Up smoothie and substituted chocolate hazelnut for peanut butter which was an additional expense. I also got a piece of toast called Peach Please with ricotta, peaches, honey, cinnamon and hemp. Both were really good!!! If I'm going to pay a lot I want it taste good. This fit the bill. read more

The good: The food is tasty and fresh, and the drinks are great. Good selection on both and the drinks are made perfectly. The bad: A maniac bought the furniture for this place. Half of the furniture is tiny tables with tiny little stools, paired with concrete (concrete!) booths. There's not a single cushion in sight. The other half of the furniture is super high stools without any back support. There's no sound absorption and even the plants can't help. This place does not have a cozy coffee shop vibe. The food and beverages also took quite a while even though the staff was doing their best because there were a ton of takeout orders and they were apparently super understaffed. Overall, I'd describe the experience as "fine" and maybe stick with just takeout drinks. read more
